Can you get padded nursing bras? I've never not worn padded.

Yep, padded and wired styles are available, but like all things maternity the best selections are online - the site Savage posted, or somewhere like figleaves. I've bought 2 non wired, non-moulded bras for now, and will look into more "normal" styles when I get feeding established and my boobs have settled down. Will then use the soft ones for lounging and sleeping!
