LadyM... Glad you've done something about the discharge! Unlucky with the pains though. My Squirmy has it's head/bum under my ribs... can't quite tell which. But I can't lean forward any more
My bump looks so much bigger than yours too... and I'm two weeks behind you! Lucky bu66er.
Lol. Baby has had a growth spurt within the last two weeks, I think! I've had to have extra growth scans due to a low BMI but everything is normal with baby.People were commenting on how small my bump was. Now they're commenting on how much it's grown in the past two weeks.:rotfl:
LadyM, don't worry about the engaged thing, I also freaked when I was engaged (3/5) at my last appointment but apparently it doesn't mean baby is due to arrive any sooner. They would worry if baby wasn't engaging at the start of labour and you were going to try deliver naturally as it could then mean baby was too big for you (although this is rare as your pelvis can do all sorts of funky stuff to get big enough to push a baby out).
Argh, just remembered I should still pack my hospital bag even though I'm going to try a home birth in case I have to transfer in (also apparently a good idea as then everything is together in one bag so OH doesn't have to run all over the place looking for something!).
Phew! Thank you for the reassurance. It's just when they say "engaging", it makes you think of labour!

Lol mlbarrett
I had so far: crumpets with apricot jam, wotsis [sp?] crisps, one banana, two kiwis, a breaded chicken breast with walker crisps and a low kcal chocolate mousse. I took some salmon out for tea but DH has told me we could get something on the way back from the library. I forgot I had to return a book today, so he is giving me a lift when he is back from work, and we might get something... I fancy fish and chips though!
LadyM, you have lovely shape, you are so slim!!! I haven't stop growing and swelling. I have been getting itchy behind my knees, and I noticed I have a few stretch marks down thereMy legs are big and swollen, they look huge compared with before, nor that they were very thin, just average size. I have been lazy on the stretch cream mark because after months of putting it twice a day I was not getting any and the ones I had almost faded away completely... I have not gotten any on my belly or my breasts, that is where I put the cream often, but on the lower sides to the back I have now a few
I have started to put some cream there too, it is less purple now, but I still think I should not have relaxed that much the routine if it was working everywhere else!! DH says it does not matter and it will be worth and that it is part of what makes me beautiful... I kind of agree with the first two, difficult to agree with the third statement lol... but he is very sweet and I love him for that

Just a quick one to say that my baby boy was born at 3am this morning and weighing 9lb 4oz. No name as yet and the labour was so quick he was almost born in the hospital lift. I'll do my birth story soon but just having a wee cuddle before bed, I've had about an hour of sleep since Saturday night.
Congratulations to all the other new mummies and good luck to taadaa if baby isn't already here.:j little fire cracker born 5th November 2012 :j0 -
Thank you for the warm welcomes ladies
Congrats to all the new mummies, loved your birth story CherryDrop, thanks for sharing. Am I weird for actually looking forward to giving birth? LOL
Rups - I am finishing 12 weeks before my due date, very early I know but have loads of holidays to take and im finding my job very stressful including a long commute everyday. officially mat leave starts at 31+3.
It's funny because since I handed in my letter I've never felt better so feel positive that I am doing the right thing.I :heart2: saving money0
