Hi ladies, just popping on to share an interesting site about actually birth dates very due dates. It also has a pregnancy calendar and you can click to see more birth date stars which shows you a whole table of probabilities. Apparently there is a 12.6% chance I'll give birth in the next week...

I want a water birth too. Had no idea where I could get a skirt from though... will look on sports direct (thanks for letting me know they're on sale cupcake)

Argh, I have just been in sports direct today before reading your posts. I bought a yoga ball for £6.99 and two sports bras for £7.99 each. I have not wore maternity bras, I.found these ones very comfy and I can sleep with them too.
I then went to tkmaxx and bought a sleeping bag for newborn 2.5 tog at £8!!! And two outdoors sleep suit-coats, one for newborn and other one for 3months, at £12 each, I thought I could afford both. And also a fleece cost toes for the car seat, my travel system did not have one, it costed £15. I think we did well. It is a pain sometimes to find something there, as you have to look at everything, but I always find bargains!

I hope you manage to go through labour without induction, but if not just think of what awaits you aafterwards, you will be fine!!!

Ove been booked in for an induction on 5th Nov. Little lady's head isn't fully engaged yet and they weren't able to perform a sweep because the cervix opening is still posterior. Have had a few contractions and period pains but nothing sustained.

Good luck Cherrydrop! I have been induced with some of my deliveries and went on to have vag deliveries ... Your babe is just too cosy in there!
I have now been given the date of my ECS and will be leapfrogging up the queue to a December delivery-yay-can't wait to meet this little one.

Morning ladies

Why is it that when there's a chance of an extra hour in bed I wake up 4 hours before I need to get up and can't get back to sleep?! Something to do with the little wrigglepants in my tummy no doubt!

Found out last night that another of our friends is expecting a baby next year! That makes 3 due in about 3 weeks from mid-April - early May so exciting!

Thank you for the messages ladies Nothing happening here overnight so off to my induction in a little bit! Have been having contractions since 3am again but nothing huge, still the weird period pains but not at any regular times. I can't remember if it was this thread or another I was reading but so glad a lady yesterday commented about clocks going back today, I completely forgot, would have looked like a right wally rocking up an hour late for my appointment

Still v.scared about the whole thing but just trying to think ahead of when Flumpus is here and what we're planning to do, like going to watch fireworks, xmas fayres etc hoping that will get me through it all..

Well i'm going to sign off now, need to check my bag then off we go. Sorry havent had a chance to reply to other posts but will catch up with you all when i'm back xx
