Morocha - netdoctor says 16 weeks for the triple test although most peopke have it done with the scan, if they don't do the nuchal translucency they probably don't do the triple test either, you could ring your midwife and ask.You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I just do not get why she has given me a leaflet about the tests if they do not do any! or because of my age they dont seem to bother...Mejor morir de pie que vivir toda una vida de rodillas.0

Hi guys, just checking in to say all is well. One more half day left at work and then the holidays start. Woo hoo. Mat leave then kicks in on 4th September (unless he pops out sooner). Very exciting!
Work has been ok, bit werid given everyone is talking about September and all the changes we are having and I'm just sat staring at everyone blankly because none of it applies to me.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

jenjen21 - me and OH attended NHS antenatal classes 2 x 2hour sessions, they were ok but found them quite negative and very keen on telling you about hospital equipment and intervention.
my OH did attend daddy natal which is found very helpful, i attended a breastfeeding workshop at my local hospital which was very good and i have also attended daisy birthing classes which i have paid for myself. i am very pleased that i go to daisy birthing as learn a lot about breathing, positioning etc and none of this was mentioned in the NHS class.
Rebekah - glad to see little lady is here and safe and i hope you are well too....are you home yet?
really enjoying my mat leave - i have never had so much time to clean, relax and also do a bit of work on my business which normally takes a back seat to my full time job.
re kiddicare and buggies - i think its a really good place to try everything out and then if you see it online cheaper its a bonus. i did buy my buggy from kiddicare as it was an exclusive to them, so couldnt find on the net.
umming and arghing about buying cheeky wipess.....

I am excited honey. After not living with my husband for 3 years except for some weekends and the holidays we are moving back in together. He's been away doing his PhD in Wales. Now I don't have to work for a bit, me, bump and the dog are moving to Wales to live with him. Can't wait.
It's like I'm about to get my soul mate back. :j
But plan wise, just sort the house, clean, sort baby stuff and NOT think about school! :PReduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25
