    afternoon all :)

Had a bit of a rotten weekend waiting for the omeprazole to kick in for my reflux. Finally felt like it was working on Sunday, went to bed and slept right away and only needed 3 pillows instead of 6, but then kept waking up randomly all night.

After much discussion DH and I have finally settled on 2 boys names to choose from if Beanie is a boy. I was starting to feel really stressed out by not having any idea what we would call him (if he's a he!). Hopefully one will fit, or it will be unnamed until we manage to agree on something else!

I've got a pacapod changing bag, which was really more than I wanted to spend, but a lot of the bags I looked at didn't seem like they'd have space for cloth nappies and wetbag etc. Plus i really love it ;)

We're looking to replace our 3 door Focus with a Zafira in the next couple of weeks, although DH is sulking as he wants to get an Audi estate but we can't afford it :rotfl: In fact we haven't been able to find any estates in our budget with reasonable mileage. My sister has a Zafira though and they've been really pleased with it, and there are lots available in the budget we want to spend with reasonably low mileage etc. I just can't wait to get shot of the Focus though, I hate that car!

I don’t think all firsts are late… all the babies in my family are early and obviously some of us were firsts!

Rups tell them not to panic as historians have proved that Jesus wasn’t actually born on 25th December anyway…that will probably upset them though. Plus a 25th December baby could be called Noelle (if a girl) and I think that’s a lovely name!

Please please please can you all go on changing mat watch for me?? No pastel colours…brights only J Can be block colour or spots etc to go with my hungry caterpillar theme!

We have this one Dizsie, http://www.johnlewis.com/230870204/Product.aspx It's quite bright, here's a picture of it against our bright green walls:

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Everyone's been busy chatting this morning! I'll catch up in a bit, but I just wanted to go back to last's night epidurals and eating topic.

I've been for my CTG this morning and spoke to the MW's about it whilst I was there. They said eating was fine during an epidural as long as it's sandwiches/snacks and you should be drinking too. Basically I can't have a 3 course meal and pig out, but normal eating is recommended to keep up energy.

I'm relieved now as I didn't like the idea of being banned from food!

So anyone that was unsure about it check with your local hospitals as you might be fine :)

No Elelyn, no queue jumping! I mean, fingers crossed, hope this is it! Lol. I'm totally ready now, had an awful day yesterday with upset stomach and discomfort but today I feel fine. Due date on Friday, I hope baby makes it's appearance before then though!

Im 39+1 I honestly thought she would be here now. I was hoping before DD returns to school so she could spend a few days with her baby sister but that's not going to happen now as shes back Wednesday.
