    Oh and whoop whoop 37 weeks today so little one is classed as 'full term'. Still have to wait til at least next Thurs before it can arrive though as that's when parents move back from France. Though ideally it will wait til September for the new school year. Means a lot as hubby is a teacher so we want an older baby.

    Ahh :(

    My mum has a cat who had 5 kittens when I was living thier, she was working the night shift when she went into labour and her 'boyfriend' walked in the kitchen and told me that 'its a cat leave her alone' .....thanks.

    She was so scared and I was googling it all about how shes supposed to find a quiet corner and have them but she was absoulte panic running up n down the hall whilst giving birth to the first one and she actally banged the kitten into the door whilst it was on the cord still attached to her ...all happened so fast so I had to hold her down on a towel for the other 4 but I think she seemed to know I was helping her as she wasnt struggling just really scared herself.

    Have to admit it was amazing afterwards I've never seen her so happy I actally had them all in a basket next to my bed for first night and she was just constant purring but the first one wasnt feeding and the cat didnt seem intersted in her at all :/ I was really scared she wasn't gonna make it so I kept rubbing her in a towel as she was so cold (Like I had seen on 101 dalmations :D) and eventually she looked abit better and I kept putting her with the other kittens as she wasnt walking properly either and thank god she started feeding finally like the rest.

    In end though I was moving out soon and I couldnt have a kitten with me so I had to give her up. Cat and one kitten still with my mum but I dno...I just really got attached to the first one but at least she went to a good home. :T

    Sorry I know has gone off topic as well but being a pregnacy fourm and this *techinally* being a birth story...got carried away :A

    Also,

    As for my breast feeding worries its not much but just purchased this off ebay...Cost £22.50 but I have hardly spent a penny this month being in the house alot so figured I should treat myself;

    I was born at 4 minutes to midnight on the 31st August so was always the youngest in my school year, and the tallest strangely too lol. Had I been born 5 minutes later though I would have been the eldest in the year below which seems very strange.

    Ikkle - I'm due on 24th...I sooooo want to meet him now and I really can't wait but I am guessing you would of prefered to be born on 1st? I feel it will be better for him if he is a sept baby...But then I guess I don't have much of a say in the matter :P

    I can't really imagine being born on the 1st. You wouldn't think 5 minutes would have made such a difference to someones life but if I was in the year below I would have had a very different life it would have meant being in school and college a year after I left, a different circle of friends and so on.
