i was very confused and ditzy today so i have a lot of that pregnancy brain syndrome. lol

I don't think I will ever be able to forget him as I lost him the day before my birthday It's quite a sh*tter of a tale tbh, as although it was a missed miscarriage I was in an abusive relationship at the time and I still feel guilty because I don't know if the physical abuse had any effect or not.

I'm so excited for this baby and I know I will love him to pieces it's just very hard to stay happy go lightly sometimes. I try not to be negative and always think positive but this past few days I've slipped a little. I will be ok again in a day or two. My nan and auntie are coming up to look at babies room tomorrow so that should cheer me up x

so sorry to hear that about your past sweety. please dont think anything physical did that to you. It was gods will that the little one was meant to come back at another time and he/she is being looked after in heaven - that is how i see my little loss too. They are in heaven and will look out for the new brother or sister they will have. Like you said you will love your little one to pieces and that is what will help you on days like these. xx

savage I did day to OH that he could stop at home before, he then took that to mean I didn't care about baby and that my job was more important! I think he would actually like to stop at home with baby though, so it is still an option and we'll see what happens when baby is actually here.

Welcome to the newbies, don't worry about all the insensitive comments you've had, we've all had weird and wonderful things said to us by people who should know better!

Wide awake now and wanting to get up but at half six it's a bit early. Still need to clear some bits out the nursery before the furniture arrives today and it's all I can think about! My pregnancy app has scared me today too by telling me that there's 46 days to go! The house is never going to be finished before lo is here!

Eugh. Feeling a bit fragile and achy today. First day all week I haven't felt all nesty mad. My back hurts my bump hurts and I feel exhausted. House is already starting to heat up and I don't particularly want to go out today. All the parks etc will be packed. So need to try entertain the four year old with messy crafty indoor things instead lol.

Hey morocha, good to see you!!!!!! I waited a few days but only cos I've been so busy telling people! And they moved me forwards by 5 days at the scan so that helped. Let's hope the next 6 months go quickly and smoothly.

I'm shattered today from staying up late to watch the AMAZING Olympic
Ceremony. Busy day for me today as we might start combining. If we don't I've got a ton of work to do in the house - we've just had our bathrooms done and it's a tip!

Hey everyone,

hope you all enjoyed the Olympic opening ceremony last night. Being an adopted Londoner I loved it! Bubba was going nuts last night too, he was obviously enjoying it as well!! However this morning he has been a lot quieter.

Would love to report progress from the sweep but nothing so far. Got uphill walking planned for today.
