No stretch marks here :) There's still time for them to appear, but I didn't get any with DS so hopefully I'll escape this time too. Unfortunately I think some people are just more prone to them than others.

I remember that the last time I was on the pregnancy thread, people were saying that Wilkinson's version of bio oil was very good, and a fair bit cheaper than the real thing :money: I'm not sure if they still do it, but might be worth a try if anyone's concerned about stretch marks.

Bargainous £16 for 2 dresses!!! Codes would be lovely as Primark is too much of a pain to get to. I'm struggling with clothes and I'm only 12+1! :rotfl:

I was going to buy them last week but I couldn't find any discount codes so I didn't bother :rotfl:

    Hi everyone :)
No stretchmarks here yet either, at 34 wks tomoro I am pretty happy with that. And I've gained about 1st 10 probs by now, maybe a little more. But due to my tiny-ness this is feeling like quite a lot to me, keep getting pain in my lower back-like my tail bone. Finished my shifts til monday night so hopefully can find some time to properly elevate my swollen feet as they just haven't gone down all week! Ooh thanks clare, will check out boohoo, hate living so far awat from good shops! My Mam keeps buying me tops that I have to keep saying 'no thanks'(in a really nice way) to as i feel they are just too Mumsy! ha.
Still waiting to hear back what's going to happen about my failed exam! I don't envy you guys with ones coming up, don't know how you are concentrating! My boss has even said how my attention span has crazily shortened!oops!

Incredibly, my boohoo order has just been shipped! I got it posted to my office because I though it'd come Monday at the very earliest (3-4 days shipping I chose!) and it has an estimated arrival of tomorrow...hope there's someone here!

I've managed to avoid stretchies too so far. I didn't get any last pregnancy, so hoping it's the same this time.

I have been religiously using Bio Oil each day though. Not sure if it actually works, but it feels like I am doing something :)

Ok TMI alert and personal question time, is anyone else in the late stages or pregnancy seeming to go for a poo all the time? I'm not kidding I must go about 3 times a day and I'm not even eating that much, it's driving me crazy!! As usually I have a toddler staring and me and patting my knee in support each time I need to go?!

Congratulations Highland lass and Lazywife!!!! Just popping back to see how these babies are coming along :)

Flynn was 3 weeks old yesterday - cant believe how quick its gone. Been a bit of a bumpy ride as he was diagnosed with silent reflux on Tuesday after no sleep for about 10 days :( But has improved greatly now he is on medication :D

As for the weight gains ladies - I told some of you to move away from the scales a while ago :p

I put on 3 stone 5lb with this last pregnancy - probably due to eating nothing but salty rubbish as I had hyperemesis all the way through. But just 3 weeks later I have already lost 2 stone 3lbs without even trying. I do think a lot of the weight is fluid, extra blood etc and of course - baby (nearly 9lb of mine) ;) I am far from dieting and we are currently living on takeaways and ready meals as I have been in the library most of the week trying to get an assignment finished for uni :o I will worry about the "extra" bit in a couple of weeks.

Good luck to all those ladies near their due date and hope it all goes well for you :)

    xxxxx

In retrospect of my weight gain misery earlier, I am having takeaway curry and a glass of red wine for dinner.

    In your face scales! :D
