Mines wont work at all because I have Vista running on my PC - should this unit really just up and run? Think it may have to go back.

Can anyone confirm whether I would be able to take this back to the store and exchange it? Probably for another model, have lost faith in this one!

Don't see why not if you have the receipt, packaging and it is complete.

i spoke to someone on the phone yesterday and asked whether they had either any english speaking stock or they would refund me.

he told me they would refund, so its going back this morning.


mine is stuck asking for a memory card....... i even went to buy one..... still nothing.

Do they have any online to replace it with? I can't believe they would sell a product that clearly does not work! And there's no way I am messing about with files and deleting etc - I am just not technically minded!
