One day left at work this week, interviewing all day tomorrow - for the job I used to do, which will be a little strange, just helping out my old boss, only taken 9 months, to get round to replacing me.

Not too keen on interviewing but it'll be a change - at least.

Then more decorating over the weekend!!

Well it's been a hard week and with 9 days to go until my regular OP, thought I'd reward myself with a £50 OP to take my OPs to £2000.

I'll just update my sig and then bed!

Well the budget has done me and my family no favours at all, we'll be £68 a year worse off - oh well. Hopefully my wage increase will be more than that.

Not a lot else to report, counting down the days until pay day - 5 days!!

Just renewed my wife's car insurance, negatives - don't like spending money. Positives - Paid it annually so saved money over monthly, shopped around got it £70 cheaper, paid it on CC so will get Avios, won't have to pay for it until May.

Still don't like spending money :(

We've also got a plasterer coming tomorrow to cover the artex on the ceiling in my daughter's room, so can decorate this weekend must get her in her own room by the end of March.

Still decorating but nearly finished all of the emulsion, will be done today, then just need to do the glossing, get the new curtain pole up and get the carpet in, we have some in the loft need to check if it's big enough, otherwise we'll have to buy some.

Still on track to have her in her own room by the end of the month :T

Thinking of switching my mortgage to First Direct, anyone got any experience of them? Can you view your balance with them online?
