Thinking of switching my mortgage to First Direct, anyone got any experience of them? Can you view your balance with them online?

Just getting all the paper work together, it's amazing how much stuff you have to get together just for them to lend you a paltry £180k!!

I'm severly lacking motivation tonight though :(

Sadly my household runs in a different time zone to the rest of the uk, DD3 was up for the day at 4.45am which by our standards is a lie in! 9.30pm is a late night for me these day:cool:

Oh the joys of having little ones running around. Been watching Bedtime Live on ITV the past couple of weeks and really brings back nightmares of the twilight zone I lived in for 4 years. Be brave Fothers.... there is life after littlies :)

QB, great work on the mortgage sorting and decorating. That's my job for Easter, when I shake my flueyness off. Decorate, cos my hallway looks like it's been attacked by a machete wielding graffiti artist :( It's covered in cracks, spilt drinks (DS and OH carrying drinks upstairs grrrr!!) and marks from moving furniture when I moved in 2 years ago.

Well got most stuff done today - shattered now - just waiting for friends, hurry up I'm starving.

Nearly got mortgage app done, just need one more thing, a signature on the copy of my ID from a pillar of the community, then good to go.

Family day out tomorrow, it's a NO JOBS ZONE.

You are describing my porch :rotfl:! I need to repaint and fill some of the cracks. The door frames need to be done as well from where the children have taken chunks out of them with their toys.

I need some of QB Wolf's motivation to get some jobs done over Easter. I may get the sanding block out, go mad and start preparing skirting boards and doors for glossing.
