These are retentions deals. You phone them up and tell them you aren't happy with the cost and you want to cancel, they offer you a deal to stay.

For new customers it's more or less what's on the website, however you might find someone on sales who will offer some deals they have available to them or if you know someone who works for VM either in sales or someone who has to be called out when they think there maybe a wayleave or other problem due to their poor database.
It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!

Around £27 per month - been on this for about a year (though for a while I didn't pay for internet at all as their system messed up!). We are moving house shortly and unfortunately VM do not service our new house, therefore losing this good deal. Hopefully will be able to get a great deal on a BT line/bb/Sky TV type combination.

To get the deals people are quoting do you have to get to the point when you say "please cancel my contract" and then they offer you a great deal? I have tried to negotiate but I keep getting the same deal I was originally quoted :-

£32 for xl TV, talk unlimited, 2mb BB and now an extra £7 not £6 for 4mb BB so the price has gone up!
  • £37 for V+ box (installed for only £35 thanks to the latest virgin credit card deal) with Large Broadband, XL tv and phone.
