I don't even know why others are answering to 23n1st.
This person is an android fanboy.
The 23n1st point is its wrong for windows Phone not to update the os but at the same time it's ok for Google and others not to release the update for android phones. If you read other posts by this person you will find that anyone who is not pro android is bad and started calling names. How sad do you need to be to do that?

Who is 23n1st??? Can you post in english? No understand you!

Think we're going to have to agree to disagree on this one to be honest.

Thats fine you can disagree with me and microsoft.
Do you think it's right that only 11% (give or take) of Android users are on ICS?

Simple answer is I don't care. My handset is ICS and will be Jelly Bean.

I wouldn't choose a windows phone because I wont be able to upgrade at all full stop.

    How? Custom ROM?

What about Googles customers can't/won't go down this route? They're going to BE stuck with an obsolete (by your definition) handset aren't they?

If Microsoft are getting both barrels for not upgrading customers handsets, so should Google if you're being fair and even handed.

    Yes or unoffical ROM.

What brand new handsets are running obsolete versions of android? I can name a number of win phones.

There is a difference as you know between what m$ have done and what google do.

Why not? WP7.5 users will get an update to 7.x soon.

Do you keep your Android phone next to you on the bed when going to sleep and put a hand around it?

What does a slow & lazy Android phone say?

All current win mob users are getting is visual enhancements and some app updates - the ones that are being cut off from Windows 8. Theres no app compatibility, any apps built specifically for Windows Phone 8 won't run on 7.8 devices.

If you're happy with that cool, buy a current win mob, its not for me.
