Yodel - stayed in for a whole day & parcel not turned up

I'm quite distressed by this and really want to know where my package is; I'll be fuming if they've left it outside because it's raining and has been all morning.

Do you have any advice for me on what I can do?

Did you order it to be delivered to your home or local store? Could it be that it's waiting for you at your local Carphone Warehouse to collect?

Bought some new clothes off very.co.uk and Yodel said I was out when they attempted to deliver and left a card, LIES no care and I was in all day, went online to rearrange delivery guess what I need the card they didnt leave !!

After having an argument with a Yodel driver over a missing parcel he told me Yodel tell the drivers to input info that a card has been left when it hasn't if they are too busy to deliver etc

In what world are these people living in when they think that's how to treat customers,lie to them.

I'm fuming right now. I rearranged a delivery for Saturday, stayed in all day, i have a print out of my re-delivery request and yet it never came.
System not showing it as being attempted to be delivered either. I kept checking on Saturday and tried calling them but without success as no one answered.
Now the item is being returned to sender (Amazon).
On the phone waiting to speak to someone at Yodel (obviously i will be on hold forever but i will wait as long as possible).
Can't believe they can get away with being so poor....

Just spoke to someone one the phone, they werent able to help or contact the depot by phone. Apparently they only have an email method on their system so cant even give an email address. He was aware of the poor feedback they get. Felt a bit sorry for him to be honest. Not much I can do now its been returned other than contact Amazon. Yodel are shocking!

My latest Yodel delivery was dumped on my doorstep, covered in "Repackaged by Yodel" tape, and with an £80 pair of shoes missing. According to the parcel tracking the parcel was left in my porch. I do not have a porch!

Amazon has been brilliant, the shoes are being resent (by another courier) and will be with me tomorrow.

They do use them for some of their deliveries, though not all, so you might be lucky!

I was supposed to receive my order today, it said it had to be signed for.


5.00pm so not looking good!
