I wouldn't bother, I emailed when I had a problem with Yodel and all they would do was pass it onto a trace team which you couldn't talk to on the phone and never got back to me. Wouldn't let me close my account with them either until Yodel returned the goods to them, despite them never being delivered to me and Yodel being part of the same group.0 -

You may have emailed our Customer Services team who will then forward queries on to the relevant department.
We have Track and Trace trained advisors who work on this team and we do try to take ownership of all the queries that come through to this department until the query is resolved.
We don't actually call out on this department as we work through emails which have originated through forums just like this, but we do try to respond to all customers as quickly as possible.
We don't have the facilities to close accounts here but once you have a statement confirming you have a zero balance then we can send an email to our Underwriting team and request that they close your account.
You know where we are if you need any help.

Thanks I managed to close my account in the end, but your customer service team wasn't exactly helpful. Especially considering it was Yodel, a company that you own that caused all the problems.
You are now on my list of companies not to order from because they use Yodel.0 -

Anyone know where the Yodel depot is on the IOW??
Received a card through my door on the 9th - they had tried to deliver when I was at work.
No info on the card except a 0871 number, which I have called numerous times with no success.
Went to the website and asked for re-delivery today (12th), and left a note on the door asking the driver to leave the item outside the door or leave a note telling me where I can collect my parcel.
No parcel left, and no note.
I can imagine that delivery drivers get very frustrated when they knock the door and receive no answer.
But I live alone and work full-time, so if parcels can't be left outside my door or with neighbours, I have to collect from the depot.
I have no objection to doing this, - I just wish Yodel would answer the damn phone or provide more info on their delivery cards!0 -
I'm with Kandco and they use Yodel.
I must say they have been hit and miss...ordered a watch the other day Asked for it to come on Monday Paid £4.95 extra for it. Luckily my wife works in a school so was at home when it came the Friday instead.
Wife didn't like the watch so sent it back using collect plus....first time we used this it was pretty quick but this time round its been very slow returning as we are on Wednesday now sent it back Monday morning and its still at the Leeds Depot.
I've ordered another watch from Kandco should be coming tomorrow but who knows I'll post further if it does0 -
Yodel picked up a £200 treadmill from my home by mistake on 14 August and despite telephone calls and correspondence I have not had any correspondence from either Very or Yodel. Yodel said it was delivered to Very and Very say they haven't received it. I am 72 years of age and cannot afford to lose this sort of money. Where do I go from here.0

Hi, all.
I ordered a Phone Contract from the Carphone Warehouse on this Saturday just gone [October 20th]
I received a text message this morning saying my order had been dispatched and would be delivered by 9pm tonight. Naturally I was excited, and have waited for it.
I checked the Tracking Website at 11:43am to find that it said the order had been delivered AND signed for at 11:29pm. I asked my Grandmother [whom I live with] if she had signed for it, but she'd been in town since 10am so she couldn't have.
After reading this thread, I'm now worried the Driver signed for it claiming I did, and has not left my package anywhere for me to find. I'm quite distressed by this and really want to know where my package is; I'll be fuming if they've left it outside because it's raining and has been all morning.
Do you have any advice for me on what I can do?0
