Yodel - stayed in for a whole day & parcel not turned up

I ordered some items from Zooplus, who use Yodel to deliver. Ordered 23/6/12, out for delivery 25/6/12. After a number of missed delivery slips, I rearranged delivery for today (Monday), taking a day off to be in for them.
They never attempted to leave the item with a neighbour as a signature is required (presumably meaning only mine), and have failed to deliver on the day that I rearranged for them to do so.
Where do I stand on this? I just want the items that I ordered !
TIA

Yodel deliver up to 8.00pm. I had a delivery at 7.30pm earlier this year.0

ah, I'd better reign in my self righteous fury until 8:00:01 then
seriously though, thanks for that - my blood pressure also thanks you...."Science is a wonderful thing if one does not have to earn one's living at it" Einstein 19510 -
Hi,
and it doesn't have to be your signature, my neighbour has signed for my parcels and took them in, then delivery man will leave a card at your place telling you who he left the parcel with.0 -
So, it's just down to the Yodel courier not wanting to go next door then ?"Science is a wonderful thing if one does not have to earn one's living at it" Einstein 19510

Maybe leave a note on the door/in window asking to leave next door? (That's if this delivery is missed). Hope it comes!0

You will probably be very low on the drivers priority if he has already been to your house a couple of times and you were not in.
They only get paid for a completed delivery so they will probably leave you to near the end and then if they run out of time then it is you that is put out this time, just like he has been the previous couple of times. If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550 -
Has your parcel come?0

nope!
I've sent an email to Zooplus asking them to chase this up their end as Yodel ignored the confirmed re-delivery date of today"Science is a wonderful thing if one does not have to earn one's living at it" Einstein 19510 -

Hit them up on twitter- I found them helpful when I done this.
I was still furious that they didnt deliver as I had paid the shop for next day delivery so the shop refunded me that and I got it by 10am the next day after getting them on twitter."If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0
