Hugs to willowbee as well, I'm not surprised you were angry to be dealt with like that. Well done for not taking the mystery phone caller's word for it and standing up for your rights! I hope you manage to get a decent sleep and put the unpleasantness behind you.
We're always here if you need a rant!
Oh and to bring this slightly on topic, stop talking about magazine freebies!!! I am trying my bestest to have no ins this month and I am getting tempted big time! I will be in the corner chanting "Day 5 and no ins, day 5 and no ins ......." :rotfl:Day 6 is here, good luck, I hope to get to the end and only buy the allowed items, but is a good feeling having established a few no buys.
Pouring down here, but at least not windy atm (my poor plants have taken such a battering)
Hope today is a better day for all.:grouphug:
Hi all. Hugs to all those who need them. It has been a truly awful day weatherwise. But at least it's the weekend. No work for 2 days ..... ahh. Have just repainted my nails to cheer myself up and it's worked a little. Am wearing $OPI It's Hippo To be Square which I've never worn before and didn't think I would like. Am loving it.
Well done all the ladies on no spend. Yes, you have made it through day 6 xxBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

So sorry some of you have been having an awful time of it lately
Hugs to Willowbee, what a low thing to do to lie to you like that, I'm glad you were able to find out the truth.
Hugs to SuiDreams too - Fancy laughing at you like that! Hope he falls over and gets laughed at. Hope you enjoy your soak in the bath.
Mingle - ouch! it did make me giggle but sounds painful! Hope you're not too sore!

I have a numb b*m, watched 6 hours of tennis, poured all day and we both swapped doing chores for watching TV.
Planned IN's of 2 Balance Me Eye Cream, but otherwise DAY 6 almost accomplished.
Hope everyone has had a better day, or if not, like SuiDreams, you are being cossetted. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -
Hi suidreams,
So sorry to hear about your fall. I hope you are feeling better soon. It can be so embarrassing to fall, what an idiot that guy is to laugh at you.
I have a couple of UUs, as expected at the start of the month...soap & glory clarity face wash - WMBA. I quite like this face wash, it is refreshing in the shower in the morning. I've opened a Benefit Foamingly Clean face wash now, and dont have any more left after that
Also UU SBC collagen gel. I will buy this again if I see it on offer, I like it under my moisturiser at night, feels quite plumping.
Love to all xxAll you need is less0 -
Willowbee - thats just awful! hope you get everything sorted soon!
Suidreams and Mingle - i hope you both feel better soon!
i have a parcel at the depot so i will have some INs tomorrow, its either Joliebox or my illamasqua order0 -
Thank you ladies for the kind words- I'm glad I cheered some of you up
SuiDreams- what a horrid man!karma will come back and bite him in the bum (i hope). I think you need a good ol' stash pamper tonight.
Can any of the thread veterans remember the communal pamper nights we used to have and then we'd all report on what we'd used/used up?
I remember the pamper nights, I started my S&G Clean on Me on the first one and its still going strong
At a bit of a loose end this evening so I should maybe have my own pamper night and put on a face mask. My toenails could do with a coat of varnish as well!No more buying unnecessary toiletries 2018
35 UU / 13 unnecessary ins0 -
I remember the pamper nights too - they were great fun
Huge gentle hugs for everyone who is in the wars in all sorts of ways at the moment, hopefully its just a blip for everyone and all will be ok again soon.
xxDo not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0
