    Hello all!
I forgot to post I'm IN again! :D

Hugs to all that need them and to all that are feeling a bit rubbish. I hope everyone feels better soon, you are all a lovely bunch :)

    Anyway, to toiletries:
    UU:
Dove pomegranate and lemon verbena body wash 250ml-WIBA? yes.
TBS passionfruit cleansing gel 250ml- WIBA? I have another 4 in the stash, it has a lovely scent, and an okay cleanser.
Boots botanics foaming bath soak 450ml- WIBA? Nothing special, this was in a sale bargain gift set.
Osiris exfoliating face wipes (20)- WIBA? These wipes were better than the 3-in-1 pack. Quite good.
Sure linen fresh deodorant 150ml-WIBA? No, not this version, the smell was really odd on me.

And i'll declare these now because i'm about to go and finish off these off: one had leaked in my travel bag, so not much point in keeping the last bits for next trip away.
Herbal essences hello hydration shampoo 10ml
Herbal essences hello hydration conditioner 10ml
WIBA? Beautiful coconut scent, but a p&g product :(

    Now for the INs:
In my defence I did have a very long train journey on Wednesday from Birmingham back up to Glasgow (with delays) so I needed some reading material :D and they just happened to be the mags with freebies!

All stuff I have never tried before:
St Tropez self tan body moisturiser 75ml - Looks like summer has gone, so might as well try the fake stuff.
REN mini travel set- eye cream, day cream and moisturiser.
    Balance me face wash 50ml.

All gorgeous little minis! I was originally tempted by all of the Balance Me freebies, but I really DO NOT need anymore lip balm, so that's me saved from that one. Still pondering trying the moisturiser and eye cream.
    They look so lovely.
Yes I am very sad when it comes to little mini size products.

Hope everyone has a good weekend, stay dry!

Again, no toiletry updates but I feel like a moan/update on the kidney front.

Spent last night in a&e- basically it is a kidney stone and i'm doing all the right things. But why oh why have they not come up with something to solve it considering how bad the pain is?

Ooh, poor you, they are such painful things. My BFF spent 3 nights in hospital after being taken to A&A last month, turns out she has Gall Stones, don't know when she will get it sorted. I remember OH crawling around the floor with pain when he had his. Take care, hope it is sorted for you soon.

I was under the impression that they could zap a lot of stones with ultrasound, I bet it's expletive cutbacks that has meant this wasn't offered to you.
It is the most dreadful pain, you truly, truly wouldn't wish it on your worst enemy.

I'm afraid I'm having another bad day (sorry shouldn't winge) fell on the (non paved) path just outside work. It had been made slick by the heavy rain. I was even wearing sensible foot wear (put walking boots on due to the bad weather. Had quite a hard fall and very sore. I picked myself up to find someone stood a few yards a way laughing at me. He finally asked if I was ok, when I said no he just turned around and went in the back door of the office. So sore bruised and humiliated I'm afraid.

Well, what a total s**t, not to put too fine a point on it! Hope you are not too sore today.

Balance me eye cream from glamour, might see if i can get a few more and also get a full set to put away for my mum for xmas (sorry for mentioning xmas already).

Fine by me to mention the 'C' or 'X' word - I have already wrapped and labelled some Xmas presents and put them in the loft....Mainly stocking fillers and little presents for my DDs - after nearly having to roll under the shutters at Toys R U as they were closing one December to secure a pink Nintenso DS I vowed to become super organised....

3 more OUTs too so got the month off to a good start:

Boots kyusu yellow soap - can't remember the fragrance of this one. Did the job but not a HG - at the moment, nothing can beat L'Occitane for soaps in my opinion. Moved on to a Lush sexy peel one now.

Cutex nail varnish remover - WBA, did the job, reasonable price. Have started on my last nv remover - an OPI mini one and then will actually have to make a necessary purchase.

Decleor aromessence neroli - love Decleor oils but have several still in my stash mostly picked up in TK Mx. This was a 5ml size and lasted ages. I have now started a 15ml iris one so that will be a LHJ I guess.

Oh my goodness. So many people in need of hugs...:(

    ((((((((HUGS)))))))) to those in need.

Mingle - have they given you any decent pain killers? Tramadol interrupts the pain messages being sent to the brain, though I have to admit it's good for general body pain ('bone' pain, IYSWIM) but it doesn't do much for horrid internal pain. It may help a bit though? There must be something they can do for you???

Pippin - I will PM you bout the medical as soon as I have my brain back. Sadly it is a scary process but knowing more about it helped me with the dread :o (Knowledge is power :rotfl:) Try not to worry until you get the questionnaire (I know that is easier said that done. This process is a nightmare and makes any illness worse :()

I spent yesterday on the phone to the people beginning with A. One part of A are helping me with a formal complaint and say this is all very wrong. The other part of A (the appointments people) are insisting that I have my medical without a recording, despite what head office are saying and despite the fact that bl**dy Chris Grayling stood up in the House of Commons on Thursday and smoothly said that anyone that wanted a recording was allowed to have one! :wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall::wall: (Anyone going through this/who knows anyone dealing with this please ask for a recorded WCA/medical when you get your appointment letter - it's your right and very important.)

Inevitably all this stress has wiped me out. I didn't sleep at all on Thursday night but I did sleep last night (thank goodness).

I've been reading the thread in between all of these awful phone calls and email writing, so although I haven't been posting I've been here in spirit. All of your well wishes/outrage really helped keep my spirits up. I think that I'd go mad without this cheery thread :rotfl:

    :A THANK YOU! :A

I really don't want to derail the thread with misery about the WCA process (though I'm happy to help anyone via PM if I can.) It did help to post about how I was feeling though :)

    So...OT (:rotfl:)

No UUs to report but I tried the REN moisturiser and really liked it :) I'm not too impressed with the eye gel but I've barely used it yet :rotfl:

I hope that nobody has any trouble with the rain.

I forgot to say that I had an email from Urban Decay yesterday to say that they are no longer going to go into China. They've totally reversed their decision thanks to the howl of outrage. HURRAH! They are now back to being a cruelty free brand (though I have to say I no longer trust them to stick to this...)

That means, at some point, I can buy the Naked 2 palette. Ha! It also means that I will be able to replace my HG eyeliners. :rotfl:

Oooh, can I join in please? It's a bit late in the month but I had started doing this towards the end of last month writing the UU in a notebook. Suspect posting online might be more motivational.

I've had something of stash for many years now, started this year being quite good, not buying much make up and hardly any toiletries, and giving away some make up and nail polishes. However, I had some bad news (won't bore with the details right now) and started going a bit mad on the shopping again, mainly perfume and make up. Now my bank account is feeling the strain (the bad news also means some other expenses) and I need to get things under control and stop myself going overdrawn at the end of the month and start upping my mortgage repayments / paying more into my pension.

I've been trying to think what I might need to buy over the rest of this year, and I reckon maybe some mouthwash, new heads for my toothbrush and some shaving cream.

Other than that, I have a sneaky feeling I could probably go well into next year without shopping, and much longer for some things. I'm a horror for saving my "favourite" things for a rainy day - for example I'm currently using a soap and glory bodywash even though I have much nicer ones on my shelf including L'Occitane, Clarins and Korres. I am also prone to going for days without wearing make up, and for falling into bed at night without without taking it off when I do wear it, and so not getting round to using night cream etc. I have enough perfume to last years and forget to apply it many days, even though it makes me happy when I do.

So, no more, a concerted effort to use what I have and limit the purchases.

I'll try to get round to writing a stash list at some point, but I'll start with recording IN and UU.

    So far I have

IN - Ren gift set with Red magazine (I'm a subscriber)
IN - Balance Me Rose lip balm with Glamour magazine (no good excuse, but it is a nice lip balm!)

No outs yet as I used up a few things at the end of June and that was all the things I had only a little bit left of. But today I've been doing my bit to nudge things on the way, home facial this morning and manicure this afternoon

That's good news Willowbee. I hate it when a HG may be trheatened whether because of its company's integrity, change of formula or availability.

This has reminded me to post about Smashbox. Not sure if there any other fans of this brand here but I for one love their lipglosses and eyeliner palettes. Anyway, I recently read on ST.com that Smashbox were pulling out of UK distribution. Saw yesterday though when I was browsing the boots.com site that Boots are now selling Smashbox. Yay.

Went supermarket shopping this morning. Saw all the magazine freebies and didn't buy a single one.

Have been in Boots as well today and was intending to have a "look" at the Essie polishes but we bumped into MrM's auntie and uncle and so were chatting with them as we passed through Boots so didn't get a chance to look.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
