To the previous two posters, I just want to help my mum, as her Parkinson's is causing her much more grief than my MS causes me and I know the harm that stress causes neurological diseases after 4 relapses in a row two years ago and don't want some council idiot causing her stress

There is no place better than pepipoo to get Council PCN cancelled. You may even be thinking of Mr Mustard, a guy featured on 'Parking Wars' who helped an old guy with a fairly obviously winnable case in Barnet (his local area) which IMHO the old guy was going to win at adjudication anyway.

Guess who one of the posters on pepipoo is? Mr Mustard...among other experts!
