Morning All,
I slept better, went to bed later though, think I might not be tired enough as work not exactly taxing at moment. Going to try and cross a few things off my to do list today that might help.
Still waking up with face and ears aching but that's just hayfever/sinus trouble with tree pollen.
A gorgeous sunny day here, I've got make up and perfume on and an outfit that matches

Well I slept quite well last night but when I woke up this morning I felt like I hadn't slept in a week! Stomach feels a bit bloated today and have put 1lb back on. Doing my low cal day today as couldn't face it yesterday. Despite doing really well on my 2 low cal days a week and sticking to 500-550 cals on those days I haven't lost any more weight since the initial 2lbs!
I guess I must be eating too much on my 'normal' calorie days to make up for it!

Morning all,
Woke up to a bit of sunshine this morning for a change - though must admit is clouding over a bit now. Didn't manage the nails last night but got to 5k on my story and filled in my cover art form so can't have everything. Have choir tonight so will be bit rushed.
Have signed up for a few Meetup groups online (inspired by ww!) - one is for a walking group, which I'm hoping will encourage me to do it a bit more with some company and one just a general social one. So have signed up for a beach walk after work tomorrow (hoping it stays dry!) and for an art gallery visit in a few weeks to an exhibition I've been meaning to go and see but slightly put off because had no one to go with - OH is definately not into that kind of thing! Will see how it goes.
Weighed this morning and have lost 2lbs! :j am not entirely sure how since I've only gone back on the calorie counting since weekend really but am not going to argue! It's my birthday 4 weeks today, so if I could lose another 2lbs a week until then will be fairly happy - although 10 would be nicer then it takes me down to the next stone0 -
MRG - how much are you having on your non low-cal days? It's also possible you could be having too little and your body is therefore holding onto the fat. If you're not getting very far with it then maybe try normal calorie counting for a week and see if it kick-starts you again? I do 1200 a day, you can add extra cals if you do any exercise but unless I'm going out I don't tend to need them.0

PPI haven't really been counting my calories when it is a normal non calorie restricted day. I feel like I'm eating too much on my normal eating days, I haven't been having a reduced appetite like a lot of people seem to be reporting! I will start adding up my cals on my normal eating days to see how much I am actually getting. Although I would be surprised if I'm not eating enough! That's an interesting idea though.
Well done on your weight loss and it sounds like you are keeping nice and busy too.

I feel in a very bad mood today after long and super boring day at work. Oh well, can't be bothered to exercise today so will have another day off and aim to wake up fresh tomorrow on a new day and get back on track then.

Fedupandskint i know what you mean, I find if I have an unproductive day im just get bored, fed up and raid the chocolate / biscuits. Don't give yourself a hard time, have a day off and start afresh tomorrow!

Hope the meet ups go well - funnily enough I signed up for a new one last night too - a dedicated walking group that do shorter mid week walks as well as long weekend ones. The shorter ones are only a few miles long and so the woofer can come with me killing too birds with one stone. The first one is on Thursday after work and only costs £1.
Well done on the weightloss too!
Had a better sleep last night - good job as the alarm man isn't coming until Thursday. Work was good today - very busy but very productive, felt like I got a lot done in my free lessons and that the kids were quite receptive today. Just back from the second walk of the evening with the dog - its definitely colder tonight - a real autumn nip in the air:(
Just off for a nice soak in the bath with a library book and to get clothes ready for tomorrow - half way through the week by lunchtime!0 -
Morning all
Seems like I only get time to post on here when I've had a sleepless night. Been awake sine 4.15, hubby was off on his early shift so could hear him downstairs, so knew I wouldn't get back to sleep so have read for a while and then come on here for a noisy.
Hope everyone is doing great and if not big hugs.
Well last week I re-started Zumba went with a couple of friends and had a real laugh. Started spinning on Friday and that was good in a weird way. I have lost 5lb's since that start of the summer hols, which is good for me as I normally put on weight.
But since Sunday I've done no exercise, I haven't felt well, can't quite pinpoint whats up just that I fell blurgh and everything is an effort. So waking early has not really helped with that. Must try not to fall alseep as work today, I'm on my own so no-one to give me a prod when I nod off!!! lol.
Have Zumba tonight so hopefully I can shake this off (literally).
