    Just been informed by my employer that this will not be sorted out today! Natwest have advised them that no wages will be paid to any of their employees today and possibly not even tomorrow.

    Seems as though this will take days to sort out not hours so don't count on getting any money soon folks :(:mad::(

    Hi,

    I have just used Natwest online and have finally managed to transfer some money between two of my Natwest accounts (although getting cash out may be another story!)
    I have also received a transfer I made from my Santander savings this morning and it's allowed a transfer out which is showing in my Santander account. (I've managed to send money to Halifax just now which has shown in my Halifax account)

    I couldn't make changes to a payee (hence the transfers back and for to Santander) and it won't let me view transactions other than on the main screen.

    Perhaps the problems are reducing?? Fingers crossed!

    i complained about natwest having a serious bug with their validation system about a month ago (having a business account there and an old student account, i couldnt see or payees to the business account that existed on the student account). i'm a web designer so i was very annoyed when they tried to talk about "an error on your system sir". (HTTP is a stateless protocol!)
    cut a long story short i got £95 in compensation put in my account! awesome
