Natwest Technical Issues

Is it actually an issue with balances updating (or not) or actually a problem with payments in/out? They could do with giving more information on their website regarding things as kingstreet mentions

My Mum has just been into Natwest (local branch not main branch) she has texted me saying the counter staff are saying not to expect anything before 5pm and possibly not until tomorrow and apparently there are a lot of angry customers in there demanding their dosh....

Its credits going in - my wages were due in today but nothing is there. Balance is still the same as yesterday

Hi all, checked my Natwest banking this morning and the issue is still on going, 2 direct debts going out and my tax credits going in are not showing and my balance is incorrect. I have rung them and theres still lots of technical issues so they are saying it could be this afternoon but I wont hold my breath, I'm hoping all sorted 2moro as my wages will be going in. Not very happy with them at all :S

im in a really really bad mood about this, what makes it worse - is the last time this happened (early november) was the day i went abroad...... and couldnt get my money then either

Hi My tax credits never went in either my shopping delivery couldnt go through ..the driver rang back later to see if it had been rectified as he would of came back with it bless. i cant get through its taking ages on tax help line as they are extremley busy ,if anyone has any sucsess let me know please

Nope nor me Sophiaw, this is terrible " Natwest helpful banking" tut tut lol I just hope it is sorted by tomorrow as all my outgoings are due to go out!! Stressul times.... Let's all keep our finger's X'd its sorted today

My company use Natwest and haven't paid any wages out either. I now have 4 or 5 direct debits that will get sent back and Lloyds tsb inform me I will incur the charges for these as it is not their fault. How do I get the charges removed or paid by Natwest if I don't bank with them? My employer say it's not up to them to pay it either as it's not their fault.

I'm so angry about this, I gave my last cash to my son for a school trip today, the petrol light is on in my car, I didn't bring any lunch to work as I was gonna treat myself as it's pay day. Will now have to try to borrow some cash to get some lunch as I don't have enough time or petrol to go home and come back again! (I am also 5 1/2 months pregnant and missed breakfast as I was running late so missing lunch is not an option for me before someone states that!):mad::mad::mad:
