It will get quoted more than likely I bet :-)

You're really, really not helping NatWest's image right now!

Regardless of your disclaimer, I wouldn't be surprised if you get called in for a chat soon.

Up to now, unlike the previous 3 days of this fiasco, I have seen nothing on here, or on Twitter, to say that anyone due a payment today, has received it this afternoon.

Fingers crossed for later this evening. I expect my interpretation of what is required to rectify the situation is overly simplistic.

However, I just want my money.
    I don't know much, but I know I love you ....<3

    A few questions....

How do you think that will be met by a customer who may have been paid and consequently had mortgage payments etc kicked back?....:)

And let's face it who's money is in my account. Is it mine or NatWests ?....:)

And remind me again whose money bailed out natwest ?...:)

Simple fact I no longer trust Natwest to look after my money and do not forget that is what you are doing.

Your systems are having a systematic and structural failure and not a 'glitch'.

I wasn't paid yesterday and nor could I move my savings into my current account.

Their T&C's matter not to me anymore , I set the wheels in motion to change my account on Friday. Took all of 5 minutes.

Natwest knew they had a big problem early on Weds morning. I've said it before and I'll say it again 4 days is not a glitch and emails and text messages telling me 'normal service will be resumed' don't wash.

If you havent already following the banks complaint procedure:

Is the world going to end if you dont make this transfer in the next hour or so....

But it's not a few hours is it?
No the world won't end because of this delay but it has inconvenienced a lot of people because it's been going on for days not hours and there is no sign it will be working by tomorrow either!

People read that it is fixed and they are confused that they still cannot transfer their money! :)

    Thanks for that......already read it.

But I imagine the complaints department will be rather busy in the next few weeks.

I'll save them a bit of time and move my account instead....:)

    But thanks for your help.
