Anyone know what time branches should open today -and if it's all branches opening early or just the larger ones ?
As I half expected despite recieving money from a transfer NatWest to NatWest on Thursday-today's wages haven't shown up in the account. A pain as I have a hair appointment this morning and am then travelling to London -need to pay for both. Ho-hum.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Well I can view my balances but STILL can't transfer anything which is starting to get REALLY frustrating....:(0

I don't think any branches are opening early today. The reason that we opened early yesterday was to allow people who work 9-5 to get some cash before work - this doesn't apply so much on a Saturday.
Any branch that is normally open on a Saturday will be open 9-6 today and 9-12 on Sunday. There might be the odd exception where staff are unable to change plans and open longer hours but I wouldn't think think there are many.0 -

I'm Ulsterbank, my balance hasn't changed since Wednesday, I should of had 3 direct debits go out and wages go in. Disaster this and no bloody sign of it ending. Thankfully for once though I have a Santander account with money in it to back me up as my Mrs is also Ulsterbank, she's got no money either.0 -

It really is terrible - we both got paid on Thursday, even though the pay didn't go in until about 4pm but at least we can draw on our money, it's awful for those people, like yourself, who haven't even had their wages yet.0 -

Same here. I checked both our accounts at about 7 last night and wages and tax credits were both in. Checked this morning and still showing the same as last night. I should have had housing benefit paid in plus a couple of direct debits due out. But technically nothing is late until Monday, we're just used to having them showing on the Saturday.Clean credit file:12 mthsCar loan: FREE! :jTHE PLAN: 1.Pay off debt £8808.42(£3254.45, £1570.32, £2698.33, £0:dance:, £1000, £285.32) 2.Save monthly for Christmas/insurance etc £150 per month 3.Save for emergencies /£1500 4.Save for our B&B £????depends which one takes our fancy0 -
Mine hasn't updated over night, expected money to go in this morning...thankfully tho we did our shopping on Thursday so its not really gonna cause a problem over the weekend....if it gets to tuesday and its still a problem tho then its gonna get dodgy as all my dds are due to go out then.0

Yes, that's true, my direct debit is not actually due until Monday, but would have normally come out on the Saturday.0 -
As crap as this is for everybody, At least Natwest customers can get some money to tide them over and can make a complaint and have any charges refunded. Those affected because they're waiting for money from a Natwest account can do nothing. Theyre the ones who've really been hit by this.Clean credit file:12 mthsCar loan: FREE! :jTHE PLAN: 1.Pay off debt £8808.42(£3254.45, £1570.32, £2698.33, £0:dance:, £1000, £285.32) 2.Save monthly for Christmas/insurance etc £150 per month 3.Save for emergencies /£1500 4.Save for our B&B £????depends which one takes our fancy0
