    My business account has still not been updated and no wages have gone out to employees today. Hope they get it sorted out quick.

    Unfortunately I am one of the few that still can't see an updated balance and nothing shows since yesterday on my statement. I paid in £250 earlier to cover a bill, this hasn't been paid and I have already been charged an extra £20. I don't want compensation - I want to be refunded what I am out of pocket -£20!

    Wyre,

    This is from the Ulster Bank site so I should imagine it'll be the same for you;
    What transactions are going through my account today?

    All credits and debits to your accounts from Wednesday 20th June are currently being processed. However, as a result of the technical issue there is a backlog of payments to be processed which we are working our way through as quickly as possible.

    Can I see my balance on Anytime or Mobile Banking?

    The balance on your account and transaction lists you can see on online or mobile banking may not be up to date.

    Will I be charged if my account is out of order?

    If you've experienced any charges or loss of interest please contact us and we will refund you fully.

    Can I get access to my money while the backlog is being cleared?

    If you were due to be paid your salary or receive a social security payment on Wednesday 20th June and need access to your money today please go to your local branch with the details and ID.

    It's the same on the Ulsterbank.ie as well.

    I've just rung them and she said people's accounts are now updating and that I should check tomorrow and ring if not in. She said they could even go in tonight.

    Apparently I can go in and withdraw money if I have proof. I have a wage slip and tax credit schedule but I'm hoping it goes in. I will be checking early in the morning. If no luck my mil has said she will lend us money. Feel sorry for the people who have no one to lend them anything when these things happen.
