Should have moved Thursday last week, then Friday (didn't realise full impact of technical error!). Now it's Tuesday and still don't know when we might move. Estate Agent useless! (problem is with our buyers' buyer/solicitor.) Going to try and get their details so I can call them direct. Husband wants to pull out all together! had people try to deliver new cooker to new house yesterday (we had cancelled). Post is already on redirect! joy, joy, joy!

Why can't they just add a temporary free overdraft on the account and let the payments be made ?

already asked this and branch have said they cannot put a overdraft onto accounts until everything is up and running again

The branch did not have access to many of their systems as the glitch affected that too. They could not access the system that did overdrafts.

However my partner says their systems are getting back to normal now.

What are you expecting them to say or do?

    Have you asked your MP?
