RBS Customer here, my salary showed in my account Friday, disappeared Saturday and hasn't yet reappeared. Checked my balance 10 minutes ago and still not showing.
    same as my wife.
  • Still no change with me for ulster bank. Have a large bill to pay on Thursday which if it is not paid I'm going to get charges from the company on top of the bill. Stupidly I believed ulster bank when they stated on Thursday that it would be resolved by Monday and I lodged the cash in to pay the bill and now it has just vanished :(

You could go into a branch with all the bills and ask for their help.

Friday's salary hit my account about half an hour ago. Seems like they are starting to clear the backlog.

Why can't they just add a temporary free overdraft on the account and let the payments be made ?
