TY jackie tbh was more worried about that than anything else. I hope the other days follow the same pattern so we avoid having to chase around after charge refunds.

TBH I doubt that customer facing staff can tell you very much at the moment. If you can face waiting, do that. If you really are worried, then call the helpline (on the website).

mine was due on Saturday but didnt go in until today

I was sure I seen mine in on Friday but its not in and neither is my chid benefit. i will keep checking. i tried phoning working tax but noones working today?x

I'm trying to enable a card reader on my account and I'm getting a: "This option is not available at the moment." message.

Does anyone know if this is to do with the current technical issues or if it's something else? Been trying since yesterday ;/

My employer (RBS bank account) has been told that the weekly wages that were due to be paid Friday likely won't be in until tomorrow (Tuesday) and today's salary wages probably won't arrive until Wednesday

I believe that the tax credit and Child Benefit staff are on strike today.

AIUI some data loads were reversed out, in order to restore the system to a previously known "good" point - but they're now in a queue to be reloaded.
