I did our bacs run on tuesday for all the wages to go out today.
had about 40 phonecalls from unhappy employees who have not been paid.Year 2019 (1,700/£17000mortgage repayment)Overall mortgage (71,400/165568) (44

can confirm they will pay any regular amounts ie wages/benefits.
the problem is not fixed and monies still will not show but they are horoning it and paying0 -
I get the same amount every Thursday but they won't let me cash it in !!!!0

I'm sure I've just read that someone's partner went into a branch and they were honouring withdrawals on any benefits that would of cleared today as have been instructed to do so ?0 -

I just rang my branch to ask and the bloke on the phone said they wouldn't as they can't see and transactions coming in and I will just have to wait till its sorted0 -
If you go to a branch, you will be able to cash up to £300, even of credits aren't showing on your account.
Not much consolation I know but might help someone.
Make sure you take ID if you don't have your card or a cheque.0 -

yep thats right , my daughter was all so able to withdraw her EMA as well , we use the Blyth branch in Northumberland , the assistant did say they had just been told to do this so might be rolling it out to other branches , my partner only found this out by going in with another lady who was quite upset as she had a concil tax bill that need paying today to stop court action otherwise she would of been left in the dark , im trying to contact natwest about this but as of yet recieved no reply0
