  • Thats what i thought! They shud put as much effort ito telling us whats going on! they update their website once a day but have ppl deleting things they dont want seen all day!!

    if people think that they are going to be compensated think again they are saying permanently out of pocket in there statement for a reason

    I notice that the Telegraph website is reporting that RBS are now saying that the problems will continue for at least another two days.

    This really is an abject failure by Natwest management.

    They also say that they have kept branches open over the weekend to try and clear the backlog but still preach the three day waiting rule(5 from friday) for some transfers because sat/sunday are not working days. oooooo i could crush a grape lol
  • Strange im a non-natwest customer and have just been on online banking to find a child tax payment for tomorrow yet still no wages for me nor my partner from last friday :-s

    If I went to a bank this morning and said I was still waiting for my wages since thursday, what would they actually have done/said?

    Has anyone been in and asked, if so what was their response?

  • wohoo my partners wages have now gone in from Thursday. My account is all upto date now so hope it all starts to sort for everyone else asap. I know what a hassle its been.
  • They say there is nothing they can do about it! I am also waiting from money from thursday morning.

    Our company bank with HSBC but they said as there was 2 going to natwest on our bacs run (we're lloyds) they've bounced the lot back so now sat in a backlog waiting to be processed, just confused at how hmrc managed to get their payment through! x
