Do you think I can find anywhere on their website to login to my account as they put it???0

I was scammed byy this as well, and to top it off, every 30 days they 'autorefill' it for you and charge you again. On the website it says this:
We will then automatically send you a replenishment of the products you have ordered according to our common replenishment guidelines (normally, every 30 calendar days). Your card will be charged by Deadseakit.com 8007175794 accordingly upon dispatch of the replenishment package. Autorefill can be cancelled at any time by simply logging into your account.

As said on previous post 70 cancel ALL card payments to this scam company. The fact is they could continue to charge until they get no payment from the bank. You might have an email they sent immediately after you ticked the box which should state account details.
If not or you still don't know how to find your account post again ASAP. Look for something that will look like AutoRefill.
This might help if you have account number and password.

If you don't have a password you are in trouble, login is email address then you will see the site does not ask for email if password is lost/not provided so its getting difficult to cancel as customer support appears not to answer email quickly.0 -
I did the same but have since told my bank Ive lost my card so they have stopped it now and Im hoping that will stop dead sea from taking anything further out of my account.
You have to be so careful of these tricksMy wife ordered a Dead Sea trial beauty kit and had to pay £3.95 P &P - Well thought she had
The company have subsequently helped themselves to £57.95 from her bank account.
Have complained to HSBC who have refunded the money while they investigate
I have now been to the company's website
Hidden away right at the bottom in VERY small print is
Risk-free trial offer: By buying this Special Trial Beauty Kit, you agree to enroll in our Autorefill Program. You will be charged applicable shipping and handling fees upon placing the order and will then have 14 days to try our products and return them if you are not completely satisfied. If you choose to keep the kit, you will be charged the full cost of £57.95.
I cannot find any UK contact details for the company referenced
DS Marketing Limited, London. - Although if you go to Companies House there is a company by that name!!! seems to have re-invented itself.
Are we stuffed or can we refuse

I am pretty sure that cancelling the card will not have the effect you want.
If a request for payment is received by the bank mentioning your old card number, your bank may well satisfy the request anyway.0 -
I hope cancelling my card as the bank suggested does work. : )0

If the retailer is processing as a CPA. Then it will not work. Both visa and mastercard have systems in place that allow a retailer to request the new card details.
Call you card provider. Ask for the DISPUTES department and explain the situation.
They know exactly how to deal with these companies.
You tell them that you want to cancel the CPA and they will then act on that instruction.
They can't stop them from debiting, but once you have advised of cancelation. Then any debits after that date can be refunded back to you. :beer:Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
I too was caught out by the "trial" and ongoing monthly subs.
Let me explain : £3.95 for the 3 sample jars from Israel ,you have 14 days to test the samples, you must email the company on the 13th day if you do not want to keep the sample, you must then send them back to the company in.....Isreal ! If you fail to follow these steps you get hit with £59.90 "membership" and £49.95 for the next batch of 30g jars and the same will continue until you call them or email them to stop and return the samples.
Now the issue I have is that the company has an address in the UK and I paid in GBP £ , so why can't I return the jars back to the address in the UK instead of Isreal which will cost at least £20 !!
The company say the UK address is only a forwarding address and no one from the company is in the UK.
Maybe not a scam set up BUT they should clearly state the returns policy will cost the consumer dearly.
I managed to talk to Victoria in Customer Relations on 020 364 29 301 , it's a London number that gets directed to Israel , you have to push the hash # key to get through to Victoria. I spent 30 minutes explaining the misinformation about returns, eventually she gave me a 50% discount on the items I had. I still am out of pocket to a fairly large sum but you live and learn.0 -

Cancelling your card isn't going to work if you are a continuous payment.
Anyone who has done this in the hope that it will stop repeat transactions is going to have an expensive shock."One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -

Thanks for posting the number but I tried about 5 times today and there is an automated answer stating please select # to return to the main line ...this is continous and pressing # does not put through Victoria...
such a scam the bank is refusing to refund all the moneyb despite refusing to accept the deliveries!
The bank states in the letter to us "Packages returned to the merchant marked "return to sender" or delivery refused will still be charge to your account!!!
Is this legal...we have no goods and are still being charged.0
