I sent them an email the day i received the stuff,as i just happened to read it was a scam after my daughter pointed out about the autorefill when she had looked at the website, and i rang the bank the day after asap, the bank said no need to cancel my card, as i thought ,but that they would put a stop on payments attempted to be taken,
So before it was said on here that cancelling my card wouldnt work i already knew that from the
bank
I have the original email i sent the day i received the stuff and cancelled,,so will take it and show the bank
I have emailed them again today, and got one back saying as soon as they get the cream back they will not take any more money, also i only had the cream for less than 3 weeks when the £59-95 was taken0 -
The bank have refunded my money, and my account is due to be checkled again on friday, but i will keep a check on my statements, the bank say they will get it back from the retailer,0

Me too! Yes, we should have known better, yes we should have read the small (and obscured) print and now we're trying to get out of the trap. Emailed the companies, sent back goods and cancelled cards but also researched directors of rejuvenix who are very unsavoury characters. One is a Brit living in Mauritius who was embroiled with Russian organised crime in a high profile fraud case in the British Virgin Islands, the other is an American linked to the !!!!! in a high profile internet !!!!!! scam in the USA. They are also multimillionaires and one promotes himself as a philanthropist having been awarded honours by France, Israel, and others - so they have expertise in conning people at the highest level. Strongly advise people to check their phone bills because one of their lucrative scams entailed getting people to phone an 0800 type number (similar to rejuvenix customer support?) and then stinging them with monthly recurring charges.0

I was scammed this June and have been trying ever since to get all or any of my £116 back from this company.
After reading all the threads from the last 3 years I see I will have quite a battle on my hands.
Has anyone spoken to their local MEP?? I think that is one way I will go.
Thanks for all the contributions, very informative.0 -
I too was just scammed. Luckily I paid for it with my American Express card and asked them to block the payment (which Dead Sea Beauty had already processed!). I also sent them a message on FaceBook telling them to cancel my order and not to send the items, and to refund the postage £3.95. No-one likes to be conned. They are on FaceBook too
These are their phone numbers but they do not appear to work

Just to say that I managed to cancel the order before it was sent out, and got a full refund.:j0

Yes I too have been duped by this company. What a muppet!! I saw a link on my yahoo page and just clicked on it. A woman was said to have mixed two products together (Dead Sea Kit and Derma Juvenate) that she sent off for on a free trial. All in all she only spent £5! And she would continue to send off for these free products and was advising everyone to get in on this before the offer expired. Normally I am very savvy but today for some reason (head cold/tired) I fell for it. I decided that £10 for two products was worth the expense to try a new product. The products were from different companies but I believe they are one and the same. Anyway.... I didn't read the T and C which isn't wise. But my point is that signing into a monthly order is a big commitment and should of course be featured as a main part of the advert!! Otherwise you are being tricked. I called my bank who informed me that, no they couldnt stop any payments now or in the future! Even if you the account holder no longer want to pay someone the bank will not stop that someone from taking money from you, as much as they like and for as long as they like.
Changing your card won't help! It can be over ridden. I reluctantly decided to close my account and spent the day changing direct debits etc. I've cancelled my orders with each company so am watching this space!
I'm an intelligent person I like to think, and I send off for all sorts of freebies with no problem. These companies are a scam. You will notice many other companies with similar sounding names and products. They are all the same company! I've spent the day studying them.0 -
Further to my earlier post. I contacted my local MEP, a caseworker is to look into the practices of this company on my behalf. I emailed Deadsea letting them know my MEP is to become involved and that I would be informing their Holland based Director Ms Neeltje Coree of this fact. Within 2 hours my credit card account had been credited with the money they had taken out 3 months ago. Result!
I would urge everyone to contact their local MEP, the more people that do, just might put pressure on DSM/Deadsea to stop this scam.0
