The rejuvnex people said I could keep the stuff when I spoke as I felt - "When they said how are you"I said "I'm p*ssed off".
I ordered two kits from dead sea crooks then emailed them saying they'd broke every trading law in the book and are not authorised to take any further amounts from the credit card, adding that if they think they have a contract with me to take out a small claim, and they are welcome to send a courier to pick up the product.
The email was for the benefit of asking for a chargeback if they do - I'd simply write to the card company saying the transaction was not authorised and attach the email.
As for the trolls who seem to only feel significant by making stupid comments in these sorts of threads, they haven't even read the so called terms and conditions themselves. On the dead sea site it says returns have to be unopened ! Some trial!!!
I'm disappointed with the 'news article' about these people on this site.
It treats them as traders rather than crooks.0 -
I'm sure most people replying to this thread will be pleased to know that D.S.MARKETING LTD t/a deadseakit.com*London have been told to 'revise their advertisement' by The Advertising Standards Authority! :T
Complaints about the misleading content and practically invisible terms & conditions HAVE BEEN UPHELD!

And do you think this ruling will make one iota of diffrence....
I notice that the web site looks very much the same as before.
here
Will be interesting to see how it changes over the next few weeks.
No dissrepect to anyone, and I will be as helpfull as the next as I deal with this co on a daily basis.
People tick I AGREE to the T/C without reading them.
So sorry, do not have a go at people who say "Its your own fault"
While the ASA upheld the complaints (At last) people need to take responsibility to read what they agree to.
Now to anyone else caught out.....

you have already paid for your TRIAL kit, so no need to return. Get in touch with your bank and make sure that theyblock all payment requests for future payments. My bank assures us that if a payment slips through, the bank will reimburse us. So do not return the trial kit, because has already been paid for to the tune of £3.95.0

Hi all - I too have been a dumpty! As soon as the first package arrived with both the Dead Sea Kit and the Collagenta together (although I'd paid separately for the 2) and without any documentation, alarm bells rang. I also received another package from Rejuvenex, and immediately tried to call to cancel any further orders - unsurprisingly, calls did not connect, nos unobtainable!
I immediately called my bank who advised me to canx my card so that no further claims could be made on my £. After reading all of the previous posts, I then started to panic as it was said that this would not do any good. My bank have just confirmed that there is no continuous payment instruction so I should be fine, but have to watch my statements (and I will, like a hawk!) and if there is any problem to call them immediately. They are very well aware of these crooks......and have a long list of people who have complained. As they say, once bitten........:o feel very silly!0 -
It does say at the bottom of their website
" If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you can return the unused products in their original packaging up to 30 days after you purchase it for a full refund of the purchase price"
One might ask how you would know if you are satisfied if you are not allowed to open the goods?0 -
So do not return the trial kit, because has already been paid for to the tune of £3.95.
Now go back and read the T/C...9. Trial, Promotional, Special and Limited Time Offers Policies:
From time to time, We may offer You to try some of Our Products without paying their full cost upfront. If You choose to enroll in such a promotional program, You agree that You will pay Us a shipping and handling (S&H) fee for dispatch of Products to You.
You will then have a certain amount of time (Trial Period), normally 2 weeks from the date you receive the trial goods, to sample and evaluate Our Products. If you are not completely satisfied with Products during the trial period, You agree to notify us via email that You wish to return the trial Products. If you do not notify us, your card on file will be charged the discounted cost of Products, typically $139.95. We reserve the right to recharge a declined order at the original purchase value or a lesser amount if your subscription fails to process on the first attempt.
Furthermore, You might be enrolled in Our AutoRefill program at default replenishment and charge rates, if applicable under the promotional terms.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
Hi Alex M, the first question I would like to ask is why do you ask for goods to be returned to Israel?
Can I ask that you be quick with you answer as I fear your posting privileges may not last long.0 -
Thanks for this information it's been really useful. Are you or is anybody able to form a connection between the following two companies?:DS Marketing Limited (Dead Sea Beauty Kit, Collagenta), and Rejuvenex Direct UK Limited (RX rejuvenex). The products marketed by DS Marketing Ltd - the dead sea beauty kit and colagenta were the subject of the upheld case by the advertising standards authority RE the link posted below. However I have been unable to find any reference to any similar rulings and connections being made against Rejuvenex Direct. I have corresponded with both companies about the three products to make it clear that I want to cancel any further transactions and products with them. I would like to put an end to this and ensure that I am not in breach of any terms and conditions that they may have in place. I would like if at all possible to avoid having to incur any further charges by sending the products back. I would like to reference the advertising standards ruling below as a reason for not returning the products or having any further business with them and would like to be able to quote any similar rulings or connections with Rejuvenex. So if any body is aware of any relevant information I would really appreciate it.
I am planning on refererring my grievance to the CAPS compliance team who are tasked with ensuring the advertising standards ruling is upheld which it clearly hasn't been as yet. I will be informing the companies of my intention to do this.I'm sure most people replying to this thread will be pleased to know that D.S.MARKETING LTD t/a deadseakit.com*London have been told to 'revise their advertisement' by The Advertising Standards Authority! :T

They send you anything after you have cancelled then that is their fault and their loss.
I just advise people to either simply refuse delivery or just mark it return to sender and shove it in the post box.
Given that you have not signed for anything. How can they prove you recieved anything.....Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0
