I have sent the package back and retained proof of postage. I have also emailed them to ask them not to send any more products.
They have emailed back..so i have proof now that they have recieved my email..in case there is any dispute. I also cancelled the auto refill on their website
MBNA fraud dept have said they class them as a fraudulent company and have done so for quite some time. I don't tink really there is much more i can do.0 -

Keep the proof safe - should they try and take more money from your account then you've got evidence that you've done everything they asked you to do - hopefully you won't need it though based on what MBNA have told you.0 -
I'm monitoring my credit card closley (every day).
There terms and conditions for returning goods are ludicrous (returning goods to Isreal when they are sent from UK).
Not aknowledging requests for no further shipments
The other company is dermajuvenate uk. Their returns policy is long winded to say the least! You have to request a 'returning merchandise authority via email which can take 7 days to issue. They also do not aknowledge requests for no further shipments in emails sent but do reply to the email.
So i have proof i've returned the goods and more importantly proof they have recieved my emails to ask them to stop shipping goods, It looks like they just ignore the requests to STOP...which must be illegal.
I have tried calling them but get no answer or a full message box answer.....no wonder!0 -
I'm very much depending on MBNA to stop further payments being processed which they say they will do...but i am worried by the visa/mastercard updater system. I'll obviously inform MBNA if there is any activity on the new card.0

Just spoke to MBNA who say matter is being dealt with by the fraud dept. I have also written to the. They say it will probably go to dsipute. So may lose payments already gone if dermajuvenate and dead sea contest.
I may have to accept that if they uphold there terms and conditions.
I am more worried about stopping future payments as i have cancelled recuring shipments..via emails which they have recieved and replied back to me but not aknowledged the fact i have asked both companies to stop immediately further shipments. MBNA say i should keep them as proof (which i have done) if it is contested.
Conflicting info from MBNA! Guy i spoke to on sunday says they classify it as fraud and guy i spoke to today say's it may go to dispute.
I may have to accept i have no grounds to get the money back which they have taken. But surely if i have cancelled via email (which they have recieved) then they have no right to take further monies in the future if they use the visa/mastercard updater.0 -
I am worried sick by this. The stress is destroying me. I have emailed dermajuvenate as outlined in their returns policy to cancel future shipments and recurring orders by them..i have included order numbers and have returned packages via a tracking sytem at the post office and retained proof of posting. I did try calling dermajuvenate on their new number 0843 2897904 but was put in a queuing system that had no end!
I have returned deadsea kit to israel and sent them repeated emails as well. I just don't think there is anymore i can do.0 -
Just to add dermajuvenate uk return policy has a telephone number that is not recognised (surely that is in breach of advertising regulations). They also state it can take them 72hrs to return emails (how convenient!).0

.
Well each CC will have a different was of dealing with these co's.
Fraud as far as any card provider goes. Is when a 3rd party (not known) has used your details.
A dispute is when YOU are contesting something YOU have done. In respect the retailer has breeched the card providers requlations.
As far as we go this is not fraud. If it is dealt with as such the co's have the right to contest, which they will and come back with your details.
As such you then will be redebited.
Do it as a dispute, and so long as you have cancelled (THEY DO NOT NEED TO REPLY). Even if they did contest, you have the proof of this and they lose.
As I am well versed at saying.....
So long as you have cancelled, then even if they do debit. Your card provider has the right to chargeback. Part of this is you get refunded straight away as it is a breech of PSD (payment services directive)
So please DO NOT WORRY :TNever ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
Thanks Dalesrider. I have managed to contact dermajuvenate who say they have cancelled recurring orders and will send me a confirmation email to say as much.
I have sent zillions of emails to 'deadsea'.......requesting cancellation of recurring orders. As i said earlier they have emailed back but do not aknowledge the request to cancel (i've got all the emails though).
What do you think i should do with any further products they send to me?
Postage to Israel is expensive and to send it 'tracked' as they request cost £66! so not an option.
Dermajuvenate insist on a 'returning merchandise authority' number for good returned. This is not an easy thing to get off them as they say it can take 72hrs to answer emails and a further 7 days to issue the RMA number! That is ludicrous and i'm sure a tactic to make returns as they stipulate very difficult/impossible.
I returned the dermajuvenate via 'tracked mail' and have kept proof of postage.
The dead sea beauty kit has been posted to israel but is only signed for when leaving UK. The only other option is postage costing £66! Ridiculous.0 -
i now have emails from both companies confirming cancellation of recurring orders. So at least now i have absolute proof of cancellation so if they do take payments out the card company should be able to charge back with no issues (hopefully).0
