THIS......
From the post above yours.I've emailed both companies, a week after receiving the products, telling them I will return the products to UK addresses (will do it with signature required) and have told them they are not authorised to take any further funds from my card. I've also contacted my Mastercard provider who say they will block further payments, but that if any do go through, to phone their disputes department.
Just hope this is sufficient to stop them ripping me off! I feel such an idiot!
Its so simple.....Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
Well I now have a collection of Deadsea and rejuvenex products and may order some more, given that they can only take the initial postage from one's credit card if one explicitly advises them not to take anymore from that card, and to reclaim as a subsequent amount not authorised even if one doesn't explicitly tell them not to.
Even in legitimate transactions not involving criminal fraudulent misrepresentation and where one has an obligation to pay an amount, one isn't obliged to keep paying with the same card. One can always offer legal tender.
So go ahead and order as many as you like! Tell them they were prominently offered as a free trial and you're keeping them to their word.0 -
Can I suggest that if you use facebook and you see the ridiculous false ads they put on there you remove them and when asked for the reason why you say 'this is a SCAM'. Maybe if enough people do it facebook will stop accepting their money. (Worth a try.)0

I too have been duped into believing I was receiving a trial package only. I am usually cautious by nature, and should have listened to the warning bells ringing when I found all the spelling mistakes on the site!
Could someone please give me the email address for DS Marketing - so I can email them in the hope that they will refund me the TWO LOTS OF £97 removed from the debit card on the same day!
Thanks, Jane0 -
Pure scam :-) you can send them back to Israel for £4 surface mail . Get a proof of postage and email it to stephen@deadseaset.com and your account will be cancelled ... Simple ... It will take 60 days to get back to them but don't think they are bothered co s it's crap anyway xx just do it within the 14 days x0

To elyander
I tried emailing the address you posted (stephen@deadseaset.com) to show proof of postage - but - surprise surprise - the email was returned as being 'undeliverable'
Any other suggestions?
