Aqua Reward Credit Card - 3% cashback up to £100/year

Just look up Aqua in the company list when selecting a payee. I think it then asks you for your card number to go in the reference. Obviously try a £1 payment first to test it.0

Oh, ok thank you for the information. How can you do the faster payment, where do I find the account number and sort code?
For me, its on the back of my paper statement, in the "Ways to pay" section. Like Dragon says, your bank may already have the details, but make sure they are correct first.0 -

Aqua should be in the company list as 'DragonQ' said.
If it is not, here is a quote from
http://www.aquacard.co.uk/customers/make-paymentYou need to provide your bank with the following details:
a.aqua Sort Code 80-20-45
b.aqua Account Number 00213765
c.Your reference number which is your 16 digit account number

Something I've noticed is that although my direct debit happened a week ago, and appears on my online statement, my "balance carried forward" and "available to spend" haven't been updated. So basically it hasn't taken that ~£100 credit into account yet. Might have to phone them...0

1) Yes you can pay the balance every week or whenever you like. This is the only way you can spend more than your credit limit figure of £250 every month, without exceeding the CR.
FYI. Paying with your debit card at their website take too long. A 'faster payment' direct from your bank takes just a few minutes.
2) During the first month, me too found the online figures confusing. Wait till you get your paper statement.
Exactly right.. set up a bank payment which will use the faster payment service. The only two online figures to keep an eye on are the statement payment date and the balance. Other details showing purchases and payments made are usually ages behind and can be as much as a week late before they show!!0 -

26 Oct 12, Aqua took £29.57 as monthly DD.
Online it is still showing, "Balance carried forward £29.57"
This "£29.57 is added to "Transactions since last statement £229.42" and the "Current blance" is shown as £258.99.
In fact the "Current blance" should only be "Transactions since last statement £229.42".
What it means in practice is that "Available to spend" only £241.01 (as shown at the webpage)
£29.57 short of my credit lmit of £500.0 -
I am good at searching but can't find the T&C on their website...
I know, most credit cards treat foreign currency purchases as cash advances. Is it the case for Aqua?0 -
I can't find their Ts and Cs either. It's what's stopped me applying.0

Just to follow up, I phoned Aqua yesterday to cancel my card after my inadvertent credit limit exceed and was told that they offer a 2 strike system. Let you off the first time, but second incident wipes cashback and no more until anniversary. I think its on a individual basis though, so best check if it happens to you. At this point I hadn't suggested I was phoning to cancel my card.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
I ended up going c. £6 over my limit and phoned them this morning. The woman I spoke to said that I had "just gone over my limit" and that "nothing had been taken off it at the moment", but to be honest she didn't sound very certain.
She suggested that it would be ok assuming I paid the outstanding overage directly. As I had already paid the full balance (but through their website), I set up and made a FP for £10, which will hopefully get there directly.
I wouldn't expect to see whether or not I've lost the cashback until my next bill, so 4 weeks or so to kick myself until I find out
Incredible how much harder it is to manage a credit card with a £250 limit vs a £2500 limit on my usual card!0 -

Now i ask them to confirm it by email or by a message at their site.0
