Just a heads up to you all,
My latest statement arrived today with the cash back at zero!

Quick call to the customer services (0113 244 8986) and they said it is a mistake that all the cash back amounts on statements are wrong, and it will correct on next months statement.

for info, my balance is at zero with £100 cash back waiting to be paid (going to go down the cheque repayment route when they close the account)

I don't think this is across the board. I received my Dec statement (25/12/13) yesterday and it's showing everything as it should with the b/fwd cashback and the current month. I haven't applied for the new/replacement card though so maybe if you have, it's a transitional error on those moving over to the new system.

My wife received her statement today. Cashback shows all zeros. New card applied for.

Just to add another data point: statement date 29th, not applying for new card, all zeros cashback from me.

I'm now very happy with my decision to not stay with aqua now, when they make elementary mistakes like this.

Sorry, forgot to put that on. I am not going for the new card. Just waiting to cash out the £100 on both our cards!

I applied several weeks ago for the new card. 0.5% is better than nothing, but also as a frequent traveller hype no loading for currency transactions is worth having. I called after applying to see when the new card will come and I was told the card would remain the same, just the cash back element has changed.
