I know it's my own fault for not having kept even enough for minimum payment just in-case, but I've had to sign back on at Job Centre and they screwed up my payment causing me to incur the £12 late fee with Aqua:mad:Member of Scotwest Credit Union0

1st statement received today after 1st year £100 cashback last month
and............
cashback tracking no problems.
So anyone worried about the cashback disappearing, worry not.....
Earned £29.16 this month.... will have to slow up with the usage! will have it done it 3 and a half months at this rate.....0 -
Good news Iand1, thanks.
There's no reason why this wouldn't have been the case but always nice to see it confirmed0 -
Just got my £100 confirmed too, thought it was just cashback for first year, happy it's continuing for second year!0

oh, forgot to add. on the side of the statement was a thank you for being a customer and that my cashback was on this statement, how kind of them!
I'll take the 3%, ta very much, no interest from me either.... Now if only they would remove the £100 limit - ker-ching!
Does anyone else think that the online banking is the same set-up as the Thomas Cook card, looks way too similar....0 -
It is amazing how useless Aqua customer service is. I was told twice I will receive my cashback on 18/08 and I received it almost month earlier. They charged me interest which they should not - they refunded me twice by mistake. Now they charged my wife's card £12 interest for no reason. She called them and they admitted it is a mistake. What a useless bunch!0

Well, it's confirmed: DDs are now adjusted based on payments. I had 120.24 on the statement, but paid 100 early. Now DD took 20.24. I laid down a bit on purpose just to confirm this. Good thing this DD isn't one of the two I get taken out of Halifax Reward in order to get my reward...0
