I sent mine out on the 25th June too! but haven't heard from them at all, not even a text. I guess wait one more week and then give them a call?

I got my card without getting a text, just to assure you that say you haven't a text!

Got my card last Monday, but even though the PIN was supposed to be received first I never got it. Got the replacment PIN yesterday.

Got a text yesterday saying "Welcome to Aqua".

I got my card on Monday and my PIN about 4 days before. So I'd say the process is taking about 2 weeks.

I wonder how long did it take everyone to receive their card and pin after posting the credit agreement back?

Posted mine 25th, got PIN today.
No card but had a text a few days ago.

Had mine for a week now but make sure that when you activate it that they actually do activate it!! Had a couple of embarrassing moments were the card was declined :eek:

Hahaha!

This happened to me too!
Activated it, went shopping, rejected!

Rung up again, "Sorry sir, it's not been activated!"

Not a great start, BTW took me about 7 days after I had my PIN till my card, about 1- 2 weeks after I sent the agreement back till I got my PIN.

For anybody who has got this card, what is the online account service like for managing the account - statements etc.? Is it easy enough to make payments using a debit card to pay off your balance?
