Don't let anyone, here or elsewhere, put you off it if it's what you love!0 -

Of course you've made the right choice!! If you look in the mirror and think your fab, you've made the right choice!! I bet you'll look great.
It depends on the individual but you'll know better than anyone what suits your frame and shape.
As one of the people who agreed with the principle of the article, I have to say that for me personally I know I don't suit them. I tried them on, tried halter necks, tried one shoulders and I looked hideous. Then again I wouldn't wear any of them styles in my everyday life so don't know why I thought I could on my wedding day :rotfl:0 -

If you feel like a million dollars in it then don't let any of us put you off. The world would be boring if we all liked the same thing.0 -
Thanks folks!! truth be told I'm not a 'dress' person and have recently lost 5 stone so it's really hard for me to know what suits me. I was led by the lovely ladies at the bridal shop and I'm sure I've chosen the right one. ( I hope, eeeek)
But I agree with whats already been said, all brides are beautiful on their big day

Well done on the weightloss! That's quite an achievement.:T0 -

You must all be better than me.... I've not noticed it about any brides, but there's always someone at a wedding where you wonder if they own a mirror. I would never say a thing, but come on, we've all thought it!Presumably anyone close enough to the bride or groom to have been invited to share their wedding day is not bitter and twisted enough to !!!!! about wide shoulders, back fat and hoiking.:happyhear0 -

Not trying to...but am allowed to express my opinion too. What a patronising comment.0
