Shawbrook 1yr fix ISA up 4.31% from 4.01%.

Thought the BoE are expected to cut rates.
Does it include transfers? (I know, I could check :))

When I called them recently, they said you could open the account without requesting transfer in at time of opening and can call or message within 14 days of opening.  I cannot confirm this to be the case as I haven't done it, only that this is what I was told could be done.

I think they have a transfer in ISA form if you want to do it later.
