Form sent on 23rd at 8pm. Deposits in Moneybox frozen 25-7. Transfer received in Chip around 12:30 on 28-7.
Given I sent the form after 5pm and the weekend fell on the 26th and 27th that's two working days to complete the transfer. And can't complain about Moneybox or Chip as both sent emails for each stage of the process.

Shame as I liked the app etc but the rate is no longer competitive.
Opened Tembo account Tuesday night and the funds have just been transferred so 48 hours on total which is superb.
Zopa to Chip took about 3 weeks.
I was going to open a Tembo fix but it's for new money only.Did you have to have 'extra verification' checks via a third-party firm called Onfido? I am a bit wary of this, and have no clue as to why they need extra checks considering Tembo have my DOB, my email, my full name and national insurance number, etc... and have lived at the current address for more than 15 years. Odd, it's just a cash ISA, after all.0 -

Sorry if this has already been posted / isn’t appropriate but Moneybox has cashback for ISA transfers until the end of July.

It’s also the best rate for easy access Cash ISAs as Plum & Trading212 don’t pay the bonus rate on transfers.

Moneybox Cash ISA - 4.80% including a 0.85% bonus for 12 months. https://www.moneyboxapp.com/cash-isa
3 withdrawals allowed then you are hit with a lower interest rate of 0.75% AER (variable).
If this has been published on money savings then I apologise.2 -

Would have gone for this, especially including the cashback offer too.
Moneyfacts still showing the old rate.0 -
Thanks for those giving heads up re Moneybox. Opened at 10.45 (the unlimited withdrawals version at 4.65%) with transfer request from Trading 212. Money had left Trading 212 by 12.30 and showing as being processed by Moneybox when logged on at 14.00. Very quick so far and now just waiting to see when it appears in the account.
Update. Funds in account by 15.30, so less than five hours from opening of account to transfer being completed. Somewhat different to when I opened the Trading 212 account - transfer into that one took a week and a half.2 -
I'm slightly annoyed that when I transferred to Trading212 their bonus was only 3 months which are now up . just before they gave a year bonus to everyone else new.
Now at 4.10 variable I can't really see an alternative that is also flexible and worth the hassle of transfer elsewhere for now.
Plum and Tembo have higher rates but with withdrawal penalties but might stay put for now.0 -
