contracted chip who have told me to contact Zopa who I currently on the phone to.
Good luck with Zopa, I was on a call with them for almost 2 hours yesterday, being passed from one person to another and I was no wiser at the end of the call. They are absolutely hopeless.1 -
I go through straight away to someone who then put me through to one of the ISA team after about ten minutes, she was very helpful and told me the date and exact time Zopa had sent the transfer history form to CHIP.10_66 said:VNX said:It’s a week now that my money is in limbo / disappeared

My transfer from Zopa finally appeared in Chip this afternoon along with emails from each provider. I've now initiated the next transfer from Virgin Money. Hopefully the frenzy of activity in the new tax year will have faded a little and this one moves a bit more quickly.1

Moved several ISA's in and out of VM to and from various other providers and VM always has been top class. Usually the issues were with other providersnorthernstar007 said:good luck moving from vm, day 7 still no word1 -
Last Friday I opened a cash isa with Vida (4.63%) and transferred my Principality at the same time, email today from Principality saying sorry to see you go; my account is now empty and expect it to be in Vida 2moro. No complaints from me at all.0

It is still using Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank's HMRC authorisations to offer ISAs. The only registered "Virgin Money" ISA manager is for S&S ISAs, which I don't think it even offers any more.Nevertheless, some people will get lucky.A complete mess that needs to be put out of its misery.2 -
My money still not in chip. Slow transfers especially this time of year I can tolerate but my money in limbo for a week and chip earning interest on my money, I don’t like.MisterMotivated said:My transfer from Zopa finally appeared in Chip this afternoon along with emails from each provider.
