Have a look at the T&C of the relevant bonus. You generally have to enter a promo code somewhere to qualify within a specified period.Patr100 said:All transferred to Trading212 now but interest rate still showing as 4.50% - without the promised bonus apparent.
is this expected?1 -
nope, no code to be entered, t and cs not available in account, other than generic transfer form terms, they just flash on screen when applyinggt94sss2 said:

I joined March 24th, there was a 3 month bonus at the time, taking the rate to around 5.02% or sogt94sss2 said:

after sone time money has gone from Zopa
but not appeared in chip, hopefully just slow due to the bank holiday weekend and not lost !This is the same as me. I requested a transfer on 6th April, and the money finally disappeared from Zopa on 19th but are yet to appear in Chip (presumably due to the bank holiday). Last October my transfer from Virgin to Zopa took all of 2 days to complete, but it seems Zopa are dragging their heels when it comes to sending money the other way. That and the fact they don't allow partial transfers out (meaning easy access pot funds are essentially held hostage if you also have a fixed rate pot) have really put me off Zopa; and to think I had high hopes for them in the beginning.Hopefully my (other) Virgin to Chip transfer goes as quickly as last year's.2 -
Personally I've pretty much abandoned both Zopa and Chip. They seem more interested in attracting new customers than retaining existing ones.MisterMotivated said:VNX said:Zopa to chip transfer

Seems pretty fundamental to me that you should know the interest rate being offered on a product before you apply for it - was never sure with Zopa/Chip so gave up. Monument have most of my ISA cash now (and they transferred my VM ISA cash in a day).slinger2 said:

I am transfering out of Zopa. I would have left some money in if I could but their loss. Now I've seen how slow they are I feel no need to use them again. Disappointed that what looks like a digital platform should be so slow compared to VM.MisterMotivated said:VNX said:Zopa to chip transfer

Just an update for general info for everyone. They have been brief but very quick to reply considering it is an Easter weekend not just in the UK.Patr100 said:

They confirmed "Your account has been enrolled for the Cash ISA Bonus rate campaign". and I can see it is now showing in my account details.1 -
The Moneybox Open Access Cash ISA - higher rate only available if don't already have a cash ISA with them. Anyone know if a lifetime ISA is classed as a cash ISA with them?0
