My Zopa to chip transfer is taking its sweet time. I wonder if chip are making sure it’s the full 15 days so I get 2.5 months of their bonus rate rather than 3 😉

I think there is a good chance the hold up is at Zopa. They are very slow.
I requested a transfer of my Cash ISA from Zopa to Trading212 on 29/3/25 and was 570th in the queue. I reached the front of the queue and 212 were then "contacting Zopa" from 4/4/25 - 15/4/25. The transfer was completed on 16/4/25.
How were you able to see where you were in the Q? My Zopa to chip is taking an age and now it’s a weekend plus two bank holidays 🙄
Number in the queue was shown on screen at point of application started -  then gone.

Zopa 1-year fix down to 4.25%AER from 4.3%. Part of a trend this month of 1-year fixes gradually reducing.

Having been nonplus about the three month bonus rates up to now, currently having my emergency fund/easy access money with ZOPA at 4.5%

I have decided today to move this 20k ish to CHIP for their 5.9% bonus rate for three months and I’ll see what’s what mid July and decide what to do with my money then

All was very easy to open the CHIP ISA and add bonus and initiate the transfer
I dilly-dallied and missed the boat, as I think Chip withdrew it today (ironically, I went to open it today). That'll teach me.
I downloaded the app yesterday but didn't complete the transfer request as NatWest would not let me transfer more than £20K 😤

Anyway I've just applied the promo code. Promotion expires 24 April so you could still try?

Could anybody confirm when the 5.9% expires please?

Is it 90 days from your first deposit or 90 days from when you apply promo code?
I think it’s 14 days from when you applied the code
I can confirm it's 90 days from when you make the first deposit.

I opened the account on 10 April and applied the code immediately. I then had 14 days to make the initial deposit which I did today.

Couldn't risk waiting until 24 April for the Zopa transfer to arrive.

Indeed, I've just locked in some cash for 12 months. The rates aren't amazing but I imagine when they mature next year they will seem good.

I can now see in the Trading212 account on PC via browser where the account is spread, Thankfully no overlap with any of my other accounts.

Apologies if this has already been stated but in reference to opening a Monument Cash ISA; how long from opening do you have to add the £10,000 funds?
Tried their website but cannot find any info on this.

30 days says the "Welcome to your ISA" letter. Actually says "...to make your first deposit". Assume that means the full £10k?

Pity we cannot make part payments during that 30 day period. Ending obviously with a minimum of £10,000

On a similar question to the above, I was looking at a fixed ISA with Chetwood via HL. Any idea how long you have to fund the account please.

I won’t have the 20k until 25th April and the offer will be pulled on the 21st I think.
