As the old cliche says, can you try another browser?
EDIT Stick /p1 at the end of this page's address?

To be honest my interaction with Tembo to date is not giving me a warm safe feeling. Contradictory and confusing information, and lack of information.
At one point they even said the reason they couldn't tell me how much of my money was lodged with which licenced institution for fscs protection, was because as they moved it around, they didn't know at any specific moment in time where it was....!
I'd assume that's just inexperienced customer support.
But going flexible ISA with monument at 4.76% seems a better bet to me than Tembo at 4.8 currently.0 -

I have closed my Moneybox account altogether for now, and will only go back there if they have a market leading account I am eligible for. May be.1 -

Moneybox
I had a Lifetime ISA with them that I transferred out (and know that I am not allowed one of those as a result) but don't know if I would be ineligible for the Cash ISA also.
Either way I won't be rushing there, as I'm happy with the ISAs I have at present (though I do need to find something to do with a couple of maturing fixes later this year.)

john1950 said:I opened a flexible cash ISA with Skipton Building Society on the 6th April which went quite well and I paid in my 25/26 allowance to the account the following day. They stated that a registration code had been posted to me which would take 2 to 3 business days and give me full access to the account. It is a flexible isa but until this registration code arrives by post I cannot access the money. I rang them last thursday and was told the letter with the registration code would be with me the following day which of course did not happen. Still no letter so still no access to most of the accounts actions.
I had thought that using a known Building Society would be less hassle than using an App based provider but I think that I may be mistaken.
Does anyone have any experience with Skipton and this registration procedure. I am mindful to ask about the 14 day cancellation in their terms but I suspect they will resist that or suggest I need to visit a Branch (none near me).
I could initiate a transfer but doubtful they would permit that.
I think it's actually a bit confusing as it's not immediately apparent that you can still access your account, and check that the money has arrived in there, in the time before your one-time-code letter arrives in the post, ie you can sign in online using the user ID, password and memorable answer that you used to sign up. At that point there's a little button on screen which says something like "proceed to my account" but this bit of info is overshadowed by much bigger messages reminding you to sign up for the app or the one-time-code. I'm not sure what you mean by "I cannot access the money" given you've only just paid in, but I am assuming that like me, perhaps you mean you just want to check your account online and make sure your money is there.
