I have tried 3 times now and sent secure messages to Paragon to tell them I get the message that I do not have an account to transfer from. The last reply said they were involving their IT team and that I had to try again. I did and I am still getting the same message that I do not have an account to transfer from, It is so frustrating.0

Opened a Shawbrook fixed term ISA today due to their flexible funding arrangements. Queried how soon I need to deposit the initial £1k, and apparently there's no cutoff date even for the initial deposit! So I could wait a few months if I wanted to before putting any money at all in it and still get the same rate.0
