No because if you get your interest monthly you get interest paid on the interest and it adds up to the same amount .andyhicks88 said:
Thanks. Does that mean I get less interest then by having it monthly? Sorry this has always confused me slightly!pecunianonolet said:
You probably selected monthly interest so it's 4.31% gross and 4.4% AERandyhicks88 said:Hi all, I just opened the Shawbrook 2yr ISA that is advertised as a 4.40% interest rate but then in the confirmation e-mail the rate is stated as 4.31%? It's defo 4,40% on the website. Is this a known issue/mistake with Shawbrook or do you think I should contact them?1 -

If you spend the interest yes, if you put it in a higher paying account than 4.4% AER you will get more interestandyhicks88 said:

I opened a 2yr Shawbrook fixed cash ISA Issue 69 at 4.28% on the 12th April. I have made 3 further deposits already on the 26th April, 3rd May and 12th May successfully. Hope that helps.caveman38 said:
Please post whether you are successful with your next depositOthers on here seem to have confirmed they have been able to add as described ..... we'll see ..... first test on Wednesday with the first of my matured accounts. If all this does work, I think they must be the most flexible provider in this regard. Dont know any others that allow this
