I managed to transfer to Yorkshire building society. Easy access flexible ISA, to be specific. I sent scan of the form via personal messaging.

Leek 5 yr fixed ISA
'We must receive the money you’re using to open your account, and any other money you want to pay in (including ISA transfer instructions) within 14 calendar days of opening it. If you’re paying in by ISA transfer, the money in your existing ISA must be available for transfer during this time. After the period, you won’t be able to pay any additional money in.'

I'm not in the market for a 5-year fix, but I am a little tempted by the Skipton 15 month 4.96% fix.

My Principality ISA @4.2% transfer to Etoro cash ISA @4.9% was quick. New customer to etoro, opened account on Tuesday, chose to fund etoro cash ISA@ 4.9% wholly by transfer of Principality cash ISA on Tuesday and transfer complete today (Friday). Unfortunately Etoro money in does not start earning interest for a day. Not sure if tomorrow being a non working day means interest earning does not start until Monday. C`est la vie!

Not strictly a cash ISA, but my IFISA investment in Loanpad ISA Premium has gone up to 6% interest paid daily, compounds up to 6.18% AER. This is only for those prepared to accept some risk in return for a slightly higher rate and loanpad is considered at the lower risk end of P2P . I have happily been with Loanpad for 5 years. I used a welcome bonus offer then.

But no monthly interest option, and that 14 day window is tight if you are funding wholly by an ISA transfer depending on the source provider.

I was concerned about the 14 days too. The ISA I'm intending to transfer matures 28/10. They said that as long as they have transfer instructions it is fine. Didn't request further details as I was happy with that.

Leek 5 Year FRISA
I've just opened this. ISA transfer is by paper form only.
ISA transfer in details are…
"We must receive the money you’re using to open your account, and any other money you want to pay in (including ISA transfer instructions) within 14 calendar days of opening it. If you’re paying in by ISA transfer, the money in your existing ISA must be available for transfer during this time. After the period, you won’t be able to pay any additional money in."
Not sure what happens if you give them the ISA transfer instructions within, say, 1 week and the process then goes beyond the 14 days. I think it would be unusual for them to reject the transfer if it was outwith your control.
Alzire, you posted just before me!
