I'm being offered a boosted rate of 4.87% for the etoro ISA, 1% of this is the boost for 12 months. I'm finding it a bit hard to understand from the terms if you actually have to complete the 12 months to actually be paid the boosted rate. It says the boosted rate is "paid after completing your 12 month term" but does that mean then if for example I transfered out at any point before that I wouldn't get the extra 1%? Or would the extra 1% just be paid out for however long the account was active up to the transfer?

I think that you can take that as being the. bonus amount of interest will only be paid at the end of the full term, so if you leave early you get their base interest rate for that account only.

etoro ISA
Click on "Top cash ISAs" on the MSE Links at the top of this page and this shows the details:
No bonus if you make 3+ withdrawals or close the account within 12mths. Rate falls to 3.57% if you make 3+ withdrawals and after 12mths.

Possibly to stop people opening a FR ISA, then leaving it unfunded in case a better rate comes up within the 90 day funding period…

As an existing Shawbrook customer, I was going to open one of these ISAs that are now only available to new customers so this move is making me take the bulk of my savings elsewhere.
Their 2 year FRISA for new customers has already been beaten anyway. Their loss as I would have accepted a slightly lower rate so to not bother with becoming a new customer of another institution, but not that low!
So these "plus accounts" have made them lose one customer and give it to their competitors…

Etoro (Moneyfarm) flexible (3 withdrawals in a year allowed) cash ISA (money market funds) - now paying 4.9% with a 1% fixed bonus for 12 months - bonus paid after 12 months - allows transfers in. New Etoro customer - opened one today and set up transfer in.
Make sure it is a personal application and not a company application. A lot of questions asked, need to do passport or driving licence photo and selfie on mobile, and eventually got there. Hoping for a quick transfer.

Does anyone know when opening a new Shawbrook FRISA and setting up internal transfer from existing Shawbrook FRISA how long ahead can transfer be set for.

Apologies if I've misunderstood what you meant, but the latest Shawbrook Fixed Rate ISAs are only open to new customers so, if an existing customer, you wouldn't be able to open a new one to transfer your existing one into it.

According to only highest paying 1 and 2 year fixes are new customers only
